It's possible to do well, actually. It will just never happen. They could split it into arcs and have everything shown from the mc's point of view (Kid's or Takeshi's, depending on the arc). Would be pretty cool, actually...an anime drawn entirely from one character's point of view would be pretty interesting, I think

because most likely it will be bad, so hopefully it will never be created

but this one will destroy most of the mystery.
Maybe if they decide to make the anime into 1st person view so that we are seeing from the character perspective like the Visual Novel version

so, no one know about for english version the psp one?

It's a bit sad since I found bunch of tons Ever 17 fanart/doujin across the internet, but all in Japanese text. I can't read it T_T
Moreover, the translation of Ever 17 official comic is stopped, until now. It seems they lack of raw material or somewhat. I have ever visited the Ever 17 official comic Japanese web, but nothing make sense for me T_T
I only figure out the last chapter was 13, when Takeshi finally drowned in order to save Tsugumi. So, is there any continuation ? I hope so

None that we know of, though the manga is still up online as of now. Whether or not they're going to continue with the Kid's Routes or not is still up in the air at the moment.

Hmm...they should continue. It would be weird if they won't, 'cause in the last panel is written "Life Readings :2". It will arise more questions to the reader(s)
I have no idea how they will continue, though, either from Kid's perspective or Coco's perspective

Yeah we don't have chapters 5 and 6 of the manga because they left the site at a point faster than we got them. Until we manage to get them it's sort of on hold.

Personally I feel they'll do the Kid route, it's just the reader and Tsugumi both will be wondering who this Takeshi guy is and so on, basically we'll know that it's the same time, unless they redo some of chapter 1 with Kaburaki!Takeshi to make it seem like it's a new possibility

Chapter 4's already out bro, we'd skip to chapter 7 if we did that. And yeah we could but I dunno..., plus it's not just me, I don't speak japanese you see, Jade's also working on this. I'll think about it but I asked Jade this before and he said that he didn't want to release them out of order

So I retranslated Episode 1 of my Ever17 After You've Gone Drama CD script, because the Drama CD translations are kind of an old shame for me because they were my first attempt at translating anything ever, so I've always intended to go back and redo them some day. I can't guarantee when I'll retranslate the other ones, though.

For those of you who forgot (it's been three years, wouldn't blame you), it's on Page 46.

Spamamdorf Senior Member Join Date: Nov 2011	Spoiler for ever 17 endgame stuff: I don't think they'll end it here, the real question is if they jump straight from the Takeshi route to the Coco route or if they do the Kid route first, but now that I'm thinking about it they could make the Kid route work if they just follow Tsugumi along you know? Just use her as the next protagonist, show what happens between the two accidents with her and see her get all confused at the second one and Kaburaki and such, heck it could work on some sort of level if Kaburaki has some sort of mask to make himself look just like Takeshi and we're sat there wondering how Takeshi's ok and such, I mean obviously it's not the same as the VN nor anywhere near as powerful later on with the BW stuff, but as far as a manga medium is concerned it's a path I could see them following :EDIT: whoops forgot to mention that yeah I thought it was neat that he finally got a face this time around EDIT2: Spoiler for ever 17 chapter: actually I just noticed the bit where Tsugumi's beating on the door so hard that her hands are bleeding, that one hit me pretty well even if the not noticing Takeshi doing anything until he's already out the door was a little eh Last edited by Spamamdorf; 2012-10-19 at 02:10.
