I think it's weird she has plain old brown skin yet her full blood sister Kokoa is quite white.

Well we've had Moka in a swim suit on the beach so I doubt sun light really has any effect on vampires in this world.

Issa and Gyokuro are the biological parents of Kahlua and Kokoa, thier are some asians who are known to have dark to tanned skin.

Here's how I see the sisters:

Kahlua [Gyokuro + ???]

Moka [Issa + Akasha]

Kokoa [Issa + Gyokuro]

Akuha [??? + ??Issa??] (adopted)

I'm still not sure about Akuha being the product of one of Issa's little flings - he doesn't strike me as a 'flinger' y'know?

I'm sure that Issa adopted Kahlua because of her strength - it has to be the main reason. Then along came Moka, who totally turned everything on its head due to her 'silver hair and red eyes'. And Kokoa, who is surprisingly stronger than Moka, at least physically. Then again, it would make sense since she was 'sickly', at least at birth.

I see Moka's strength as probably due to the vast amount of youki she has at her disposal and not her physical constitution, which I would have to admit, is pretty weak all things considered. Note how easily she is cut up by the opponents who manage to touch her. Granted she was saving Tsukune at the time, which is why she got cut up in the first place. So stacking her against other vampires, Moka may be somewhat of a 'glass cannon'. That said, it could also be Akasha's problem as well.

I think Moka is more than likely the new Shinso she just doesn't know her own strength yet.
