Queen's Gate has characters for the Queen's Blade game, but not part of the storyline, e.g. from Moetan, etc. In other words, you can use their books to play, but they are not part of the game's universe.

Queen's Blade really exists just for fan service lol, its plot is hardly relevant or important.

It originally starts out as a 'combat book' series, where you play with dice and flipping pictures to defeat the opponent. The more damage you deal, your opponent flips to pages with more skin. Its literally a stripping game.

Sometimes a man just needs to watch chicks duking it out to wear as little as possible, and that is why I shall watch this series. That and the voice cast.

Looks like they're going all out for Queen's Blade, lol. they just updated their main webpage again, with some added movies of their comic or something. They also uploaded it on their youtube channel.

Well, Airi is from hell lol, she is a servant of some being from hell.

Airi represents the hell, while Nanael represents heaven, so they're rivals.

Airi's title: Infernal Temptress Airi is actually half a translation of her Japanese title. She's actually 'Meido Temptress Airi', 'Meido' is how 'Hell' or 'Hades' or 'Infernal' is called in Japanese. And 'Meido' also means 'maid'.

Meido has existed ever since the Japanese got hold of the french maid costume and has been a pun since then.

That is why Airi is a servant, a maid from Meido.

Nanael and Airi are the cutest looking of the cast for me.
