The spots were removed; I tried to darken the area around Miku and changed the colour slightly so that she isn't lost in the background effects. Hopefully you can see her better now? Made 3 versions.

Actually I feel that you should render/smooth out the lace on her bra abit more. Her collarbones are more striking than her boobs. I suggest lightening up the colour on the V between her chest and the edges of her bra straps.

I like her face. It is very pretty.

I still couldn't get photoshop to run (or else I could have gotten her blast the helicopters out of the sky with an animated Mikubeam), but I decided to submit this piece after seeing a few encouraging comments. I couldn't think of anything sillier enough than making her squeal her own name in shock.

Your filling a lot of what is basically empty space with your imagination. As for changing color... can't, not with your imagination running wild anyway. That's actually as descrete as it gets; less then just censoring it. Here's how censored version looks:

I don't see any more then panties there, so I'm just gonna leave it as is unless Solace has some problem with it too.

That problem came from the fact that getting this sig under 50kb was a pain in my behind this time, first time Ive had this problem. So its not saved at a high jpeg quality. I even tried slicing it but I still lost quality. I might try one more time to fix it but earlier I was just sick and tired of playing around with it but yeah I agree with what youre saying...

What's the quality on it that you used? A sig that size shouldnt lose that much quality while keeping it under 50 kb
