You mean the same as Castor and Polux? Well, parentage myths aside (C&P were sort of half brothers yet twins somehow) then yes its more or less the same.

But in any case, the Romans had a concept of Twin Gods (just no exactly a common one, much like demi-gods) but I doubt there is room for the idea to be presented here.

I really don't think that Twin Gods is a viable possibility. Most likely Chihiro will be the one without a Goddess as she is mediocre, and she may actually have some feelings for Keima even without remembering anything about the capture, I believe. Even during the capture part, she seemed to have developed some feelings for him, without any particular effort from his side, and she said she expected him to understand her situation.

no problem, the goddesses are venus' descendants. so if I marry with a girl who is my descendant, would this called incest? no it won't

the blood relationship would as thin as water

"incarnate" would be mean a guy with different DNA to begin with, wouldn't it?

It is the soul that counts rather than the body, so yeah, it is still considered incest.

Zeus' dad, Kronos, married his sister too if I remember correctly because there aren't any female gods around for him to drive his thunderbolt into.

BTW, isn't all this goddess captures meaningless in the end?
I can't foresee Keima accepting "his" captures to be sealed with demons once again. It definitely smells like bad ending. And Kami only lives for perfection.
