It's interesting that their directors and leading animators tend to be employees, which might suggest some difference in corporate culture.

Like this trailer for Sora wo Miageru Shoujo no Hitomi ni Utsuru Sekai (MUNTO TV anime) that has just been posted on the official website. I think it's region-locked to Japan only (I could be wrong), so here's a reuploaded version.
