Jokes aside, I have a question. Has any spirit actually been killed before? Kurumi let her doubles be repeatedly killed to screw with Mana, but has a spirit ever actually lost to a human before?

I don't think so, aside from Kurumi's doubles being repeatedly killed that would be about it.
