Ok, I'm so confused right now. Is the Iceman scene talking about the past? So that means humans used to have very advanced tech and now they lost it? If Iceman is Hakuoro, then what about the flashbacks in the earlieer eps when we see him get shot? So did he got shot, then got frozen or whatever then became "Iceman" man centuries later, and the present time is another few centuries after Iceman was freed from the lab (so all the people we see in the series are descendents of the people from the lab?

The people of the lab(humans) were cursed by Hakuoro to achieve their desire for immortality by becoming those immortal jelly like creatures... probably thus ending the existence of the human race forever unless there were other underground cities sealed off somewhere.
The creatures left in the world aren't humans or descendents of humans, but rather the creations of humans. Hybrids and genetic experiments who could survive in a world that normal humans could no longer tolerate. |
