That is an awful lot of late model German tanks Black Forest has there.
The ratio from the Pravda fight to this one is still the same though. 5:2 If the old rule were that they could only field ten tanks, the rules must have changed if Black Forest is fielding 20 tanks. If it was a ratio thing, Sanders could have fielded 12 tanks. Also no words of encouragement/support from the Italian based team (not even shown to be present at all).

I can see a second season where because of the school's achievements, the school won't be closed and they get a bit more money to get new equipment.

Panzerklein: Look through the higher-tiers in the German Tank line in World of Tanks, and you'd see that they wouldn't be out of place. I noticed not only the Tiger, but several tank destroyers like the Jagdpanzer IV, Jagdtiger and Jagdpanther.
I also think there was a Panther somewhere, so yeah, the odds are already stacked against Ooarai in terms of quality again, but Black Forest ALSO had to play numerical superiority as well.

Yes, the Student Council's pz38 (t) was upgraded into a Hetzer. You can see it prominently when Ooarai's tanks lines up. Was I mistaken, or has it equipped the 105 mm howitzer? That's... certainly an odd choice, I think, for a TD, as it's essentially turned it into a close-range fighter.

If Anzu is still gunning the thing, they are quite suited for close in work giving what she did with the gunnery in the Panzer 38(t) against the T-34s.
Spoiler for Ooarai's tanks:

Really? I dunno, it looks a bit too short and stubby to be the StuK 40 to me. Besides, most examples I know of the StuK 40, including the ones on the G-13, have muzzle brakes, something the Oarai Hetzer doesn't have. Looks more like the standard Pak 39 to me.

Personal experience in World of Tanks has shown me that, yeah, it IS possible to use the Hetz's 105 mm as the TD version of a sawed-off shotgun, but it requires a lot of cover (like being in a closed-in city environment) so the Hetzer can sneak around unseen and surprise enemy tanks, something it can't do right now.

Still, this looks to be one of those times when the variations of the Senshado rules are in place: from what I know, there were already plans for the Hetzer to get the StuK 40 before the war ended, so it technically would still be within the rules for the Hetzer to get the gun, even if in reality only the post-war G-13 got it.
