Yes, I understood what you meant, its true I think. She knew that Gin did not have a stomach, yet seeing something so pitiful and depressing, as you said, makes one sad all over again. Especially after such a long time has passed~ even a new shock may be possible.

On this episode
Spoiler for With regards to Shinku vs. Gin:
Final Impressions of the unTL'ed Ouverture First, on the whole this was a very good watch. What I really liked about it was that it lived up to my expectations in everyway, most importantly tho, in the way that it kept thru to the hype about developing the Origins of Gin. Not only that, it throws in Shinku's history as well. And it is done in a very very believable manner; I found myself feeling for Gin, and crying for Shinku. This OVA is great~! Fanboyishly great! If I may add something about how I feel about the OVA's star now (Gin), I think she has really changed in character for me. Understanding why she became so vindictive and "evil" in a sense really helps, tho it doesnt mean I dislike it any less. I feel, that due to Rozen's bastardly act of leaving her incomplete, Gin started out being mentally and emotionally unbalanced. You can see it in the way she talked about Rozen to Shinku, when she had just learnt to walk. Over time, some things helped her (like Shinku's short friendship), and sadly, other things gave her that push to make her even more off-balanced. But, yes, when Gin next shows that evil eye and laugh, I'll understand why. And thats a very good thing. Kudos to this OVA, and Peach-Pit (even if you didnt hint at a S3), for doing this. Now to wait for the good fansubbers. And I was hoping for a S3 announcement, hint, anything... at the end of OVA 02, but Venus Versus Virus!? Ah well, I will be watching that. Its such a s...sad history,
shinku and suigintou were neither wrong, and Souseiseki's action was reasonable, maybe it was only Rozen's fault! have to say, in the overture there isn't so much scene for Suiseiseki, a little disapointed Souseiseki's hat-attack,really cool ^_^ |
