I don't mind if its Anime Saimoe Tournament 2008 (Korean) or Anime Saimoe Tournament 2008 (US) or whatever country there is that organize the Saimoe tournament using such name.

But since its Japan that first held this tournament back in 2002 before other countries follow 2ch's step in organizing the same tournament in their own country,so i think we should give a respect to Japan for being the pioneer to this great event.

Beside its common for ppl to know Japan Saimoe as J-Saimoe instead of Saimoe (Japan).

Isn't Korea's tournament called Best Moe? Why would you call it by the name of Japan's tournament?

The official name for K. saimoe is 'Best Moe Tournament Female Division'. I could go with official name, but this is not the name known to most people, so please give me your opinion about how to best name the thread.

"Best Moe Tournament (Korea)"? Calling it "Saimoe" seems a little... off.
