Well i was finally able to find a scanlated ch302 and I think it is continuing.

Question: where in the timeframe is this story at right now? Ayumu's birthday passed not too long ago, so I am guessing that the timeframe isn't too far off from her birthday. Also, has the timeline in the story exceed 1 year already?

I don't believe it's even June yet. Golden week runs through part of the first week of May, and after that it showed a June 12th scene which we haven't arrived at yet. We had Ayumu's Birthday of May 15th, and it hasn't been long since then.

The story started December 24th, so we haven't even gone 6 months yet most likely.

The Convention was on Sunday May 22nd. Chapter 300 started the following day, May 23rd, but it's night now, so it'll probably be May 24th by next chapter.

Still about three weeks to go until we get to that June 12th scene, so it'll probably take most of this year to get there, knowing Hata...

Ahh I always thought that Izumi had her birthday done already but I guess THAT wasn't her birthday at all.

Anyone else get the feeling that this manga will end when the storyline reaches the one year mark; as in on Christmas eve? If so then, at the current pace Hata is going on right now), this manga aren't even half way done.

Even saving Izumi when they were kids he didn't really do on his own volition, it wasn't until he remembered Athena's teaching that he turned around and fought off Lucky for her, and when he's protecting Nagi, it's because he's acting as her butler, not for his actual personal wish.
When he was working, during the ten years after the separation from Athena and the beginning of the story, he was either working for his parents, and thus under their orders, or they had probably ordered him to get a job (or he had realized that they wouldn't support him, and thus needed to make his own money).

What Hinagiku told him, about never being happy if he's not a little bit selfish, will probably be big when he realizes what she intended.
Definitely agree with Mentar's observation too, which really explains well his relationship issues with possible love interests, so it would make sense for Hayate to only pair up after he resolves the issue of his sense of self (something I expect to only occur near the end of the series).

I think most of the fandom would agree with you there.

I do find it strange that little Athena mentions something about restoring Athena Tennosu's memories, wonder if that means little Athena could be a doppelganger?

Alice not having most of Athena's memories actually makes a strange kind of sense. When she was de-aged, she lost (most of) her memories, and needs the power to restore them.
It gives some reasoning to Aika being part of her plot as well, being a secret keeper so that Alice would know that she needed to restore her power, in case that memory was lost, otherwise, the Alice personality could have lived a normal life, not realizing that she was actually someone else acting without all of her memories.

There are clues of another character of HnG having followed the same path, but didn't have a secret keeper, and thus doesn't realize that there are memories just waiting to be unlocked.

He's most likely referring to Maria.

Since I talk to you on other forums, you already know.
As for those who I only communicate to on this forum, there's only vague clues, and nothing substantial, so I'd rather not say outright.

You know things are getting bad when someone I don't talk to regularly can decrypt my phrasings easier than someone who's had quite a while to learn how to.

This quatrain should be carved on Hinagiku's tombstone:

Einförmig ist der Liebe Gram,
ein Lied eintöniger Weise,
und immer noch, wo ich's vernahm,
mitsummen musst' ich's leise.

I think A-tan, Hina and Chiharu are the only people who get a proper amount of sleep in that house.

Google translate ftw!
For once the google translation is not extremely off.
My attempt at a poetic translation:

Unchanging is love's sorrow,
a monotonous song,
and still, where I descried it
I softly hummed along.
