How do you know where I live, are you some kind of stalker or something? And, I do summaries when I feel like it. I do have a life too you know. Just because it's still early in the evening doesn't mean that I'll be doing summaries.
Anyway, chapter 4 is a little long, so I might divide it into 3 parts.

The story continued where it left off last time in vol 6. Ichika was shot, but Laura manage to shield him using her IS AIC ability. Laura was there because she stalked him to find some time alone with Ichika. Anyway, Madoka manage to run away by creating a diversion through throwing Laura's own knife to herself.
The scene change to the next day, where Ichika is having dinner with his harem as usual. The other harem beside Ichika is very surprised knowing Ichika get attacked by Silent Zephyr's pilot, but Ichika doesn't tell the other about Madoka's name. Cecilia once again make use of her wound to get Ichika to fed her by ordering a dish that has to be eaten using chopsticks. Of course, the other harem make some noise, and Chifuyu is angry at them. One interesting happened for Chifuyu end shipper, Chifuyu seems worried seeing Ichika always hang out with the same girls(his harem) and Yamada-sensei seems to notice this and make a comment to Chifuyu. Of course Chifuyu indirectly deny this by asking Yamada-sensei to a combat practice(in other word, if she keep mentioning it, Chifuyu gonna beat Yamada-sensei to a pulp during the practice :P)
After dinner, all his harem followed him to his room since they're worried he's going to get attacked again. Harem antics happen as usual, this time Charlotte get the good mood with Ichika. After they leave, this time Sarashiki onee-chan come to the room. Ichika tried to resist her entering his room, but onee-chan just cut through the door using the water blade. Onee-chan teased Ichika first of course, but then she make a request to Ichika in the end, to make a group pair with her imouto, Kanzashi, without telling imouto that it's a request from onee-chan.
Now we're introduced to her imouto Kanzashi, which seems to be a gloomy person. Imouto-san is Japanese representative candidate, but she hasn't got her personal IS since the lab that's supposed to develop imouto-san's personal IS happened to be the same lab that developed Byaku-shiki, which means the reason she hasn't got her personal IS is partly Ichika's fault(according to onee-chan's logic :P). We also found out that onee-chan and imouto-san doesn't get along well, and onee-chan become strangely reserved when talking about her. Ichika cured onee-chan's reservedness by giving a massage. After hearing that Ichika agreed to take her request, she left and Ichika is left with fixing the door.
Scene change to Madoka. Squall scold her for acting on her own by confronting Ichika. We found out that Madoka's real target is not Ichika, but Chifuyu, but when Squall make fun of Chifuyu by saying that Chifuyu is weak since she doesn't have IS currently, Madoka throws her knife to Squall. Squall also told Madoka to try being prudent till the next mission which will be some time later. In the end, we also see that Madoka hate Chifuyu enough to feel pleasant when hurting her face, which is the same as Chifuyu(foreshadowing on their relation IMO).
Scene change to the school again, this time the news club president, Mayazumi Kaoruko-senpai, ask Ichika and Houki to have an exclusive interview and photo shoot session with her older sister who works as a reporter in an IS related magazine. Houki and Ichika reject the request at first, but Houki has a change of mind after Kaoruko-senpai told them that as a reward for the interview, they will get a free dinner ticket at a high-class restaurant, of course a pair dinner at that. Since this is Houki and Ichika's first time to a photo shoot(although Cecilia already showed Ichika her modeling photo wearing a frilly dress), they were a little nervous. Rin butt in and said she'll show her photo when she do a photo shoot(if you read my vol 6's translation, a representative candidate is kinda like an idol, they're usually get asked to become a model or for a photo shoot). Ichika reject at first since he thought Rin will only wear strange clothes at the photo shoot, but Rin force him to look at her photo and he find out that she looks quite nice with a casual clothes. Of course, Rin get too absorbed showing Ichika her photo and doesn't here the bell ringing, which get her a smack from Chifuyu.
Next scene, Ichika get lent to Kendou-club next, and a lot of members come to the club activity even though they usually attend the club activity. Of course, they try to request for an Ichika-massage, but Ichika reject the request. The other club member find out about the pair dinner that Ichika and Houki get and tease Houki about it.
Next, We have our heroine trying to invite Ichika to form a pair team with them. First is Charl. She tried to invite indirectly by inviting him for lunch first, but Ichika just bluntly reject her by saying he has prior engagement. Before Charl can press further, the other girl inside the class led by Nohohon-san(anime watcher might remember her as the girl with long sleeve that cover even the palm of her hand) take Charl away for lunch with them instead since she rarely have lunch with other people beside Ichika and his harem group.
Next is Rin. She confront him on his way to class 4 and directly ask him to form a pair with her. Of course he reject it and said he already promised someone else. At first Rin thought the one he's pairing with is Charlotte, and she force Ichika to tell her who is the one he promised to be his tag partner with so she can force Ichika's partner to change partner with her. Of course, Ichika ran away.
Ichika finally reach class 4 and found imouto-san playing with the hologram projector inside the class. It seems the other class member don't like imouto-san since she's been skipping school from the start and they think the reason imouto-san become a representative candidate and personal IS user is only because of her great onee-chan. So Ichika approached her and ask her to be his partner for the match, which she bluntly reject. Before he can persuade her further by saying that everyone else already have partner, Rin arrived and take Ichika to her class instead. It seems she already make a lunch for Ichika. Ichika refuse eating the lunch at first since he already half-eat the yakisoba bread he bought earlier, but Rin force him by eating his half eaten yakisoba bread instead(while aiming for the indirect kiss :P). After finishing the lunch, Rin once again force him to pair up with her. Of course Ichika refuse again, and he run away to his own class before Rin manage to challenge him into a duel to decide if he will pair up with Rin or not.
Back to his class, this time it's Laura's turn to invite him for a pair. Ichika refused her too, and she partially deployed her IS to attack Ichika. Chifuyu stepped in and stop Laura before she make a mess. When Laura said to Chifuyu that this is a husband-wife quarrel, Chifuyu pull the final weapon on Laura by saying that she doesn't want a sister in law that doesn't know manner like Laura. This make Laura dispirited so much that she can't even return to her chair, so Chifuyu tell Ichika to carry Laura back, which he does by princess-embracing Laura, even with cheering from the other girls inside the class.
Next scene is training between Houki and Ichika. Since Houki can activate Kenran Butou at will right now, she has the upper hand against Ichika. The training ends with Houki's win. Houki thought it's decided that Ichika will pair up with her since she won the match against him(even though she hasn't brought up that topic even once). She met with Cecilia in the dressing room, and it turn out Cecilia has the same thought as Houki(that Ichika will pair up with her even though Cecilia never brought up the topic even once). They both think in their heart that they've got the upper hand in the race for Ichika's heart this time.
Later that night, Houki and Cecilia tried to confirm the pairing matter with Ichika in his room, but Ichika also tell them that he already pair up with someone else. They get violent of course and partly deploy their IS to attack Ichika, but suddenly Chifuyu blow up the door of Ichika's room to stop the 2 of them. Of course, she also punish them by having them running laps in their IS form. Of course they can't fly using their IS, and they can't use any help from the IS' assistance program, so everything in manual. She also scold Ichika for always making fuss every time and tell him to decide which girl she want to stop the fuss.
There's also a small part about how Houki and Cecilia look at each other as rival, but that marks the end of chapter 1

Scene opened with imouto-san setting up her IS in maintenance room. She tried to outfit her IS alone instead of asking someone specialized in this. Just as she finished up because she stumbled on something and about to go back to watch some anime, Ichika already wait for her outside and bring a drink for her. He once again ask her to be his partner. Imouto-san asked Ichika why he wants her to be his partner, in which Ichika respond(of course a lie, because he can't tell imouto-san that onee-chan ask him to do it) that he want to see her IS. He got slapped for it and left dumbfounded.
After Ichika returned to his room, he starts to think why imouto-san is mad with him. He thinks that it's because her IS is not completed yet. He then open the academy introduction pamphlet, and we as the reader get told that 2nd and 3rd year can choose specialization class between "Development", "Research", or "Outfitting". For the tournament, everyone can ask for help from the senpais by making a team to help adjust their IS.
Just as he was thinking about that matter, Sarashiki onee-chan visits him again. She bring a cream puff with her as a treat for Ichika. When she sees Ichika holding the pamphlet, she asks if Ichika wants to ask for maintenance help. Ichika said that he actually think about asking for help for imouto-san. Onee-chan said imouto-san probably doesn't want help, because onee-chan also outfit her IS herself, although Tatenashi said that she only able to do it because it was done more than 70% in the first place. She also added that she asked for Kaoruko's and Utsuho's opinion who respectively is 2nd year Maintenance class ace and 3rd year Maintenance class president. Onee-chan then ask how's Ichika progress with imouto-san, which he responds by saying that he got slapped. She teased Ichika by saying maybe he got slapped because he do something ecchi to imouto-san, which of course Ichika denied. She then asked that girls is weak to an aggressive boy. She then left him with that advice, of course not with the final tease. The puff cream earlier was filled with mustard instead of custard.
Next scene turns to imouto-san. It seems the reason she slapped Ichika wasn't because she's mad at him, but because she's not used to being treated nicely. And we found out imouto-san already start falling for Ichika.
Next is the photo shoot time for Ichika and Houki. At first, she's still mad at him about the pairing things, but after Ichika praise her clothes, she starts to go dere on him. When Ichika said that today is cold and suggest to go to a coffee shop on the way, Houki tells him that she will let him hold her hand instead if he feels cold.
They finally meet with Sakurako's sister, Mayuzumi Nagisako. The interview start and the first question asked toward Ichika is what's his thought about being the only boy in a girls school. Ichika answered that with "the number of toilet she can use is little so it's troubling". Nagisako said that Ichika really is "Harem king who has no interest in woman" just like her sister said. Next is Houki's turn. When she's asked bout her sister, Houki's a little upset, but with the reward of pair dinner in front of her, Houki reluctantly answer the question. The interview continued with several more question such as who's stronger between them(Houki quickly answer she is) and even friendly topic such as Tatenashi. The interview is then over and they have to change their clothes for the photo shoot.
Houki has to change her clothes for the photo shoot. She's flustered because of Ichika's word during the interview that Ichika will protect everyone(which in Houki's ear turns into "I will protect Houki"). For the photo shoot, she has to wear frilly dress while Ichika wear a casual suit. Houki made a promise with herself that she will treat Ichika for dinner outside the school if he praises her clothes, which of course he does. The photo shoot then start.
At first, they awkwardly sit apart from each other, but Nagisako order them to sit closer. When Nagisako still feels it's not good enough even though they already sit next to each other, Nagisako order Ichika to put his hand on Houki's hip, and she also order Houki to entwine her arm at Ichika's. When they look at each other before doing the order, Ichika is entranced by Houki's eyes(this scene is already translated by justpassingby), and it seems the entranced Houki and Ichika is good enough for the photo even without arm entwining. And with that, the photo shoot is over, and they can bring home the clothes they use for the photo shooting.
On the way home, Houki invites Ichika for dinner. At first, she invites him into a popular restaurant for couple that she knows from a magazine that her roommate reads. Too bad, the restaurant is full. When Houki's unable to think about another place to go for dinner, Ichika come out with an idea, which turns out to be Ran and Dan's home which is a cafetaria. Of course, everyone there think Houki is Ichika's girlfriend(which of course Ichika denies) including Ran. She got heartbroken because she thinks Ichika already go out with Houki and run out of the house crying. After getting several beating from Dan's and Ran's grandpa for making Ran cry(even though it's mostly the grandpa fault that Ran misunderstood), Ichika run after Ran.
After he found Ran, Ran brave herself to invite him into her school's school festival. Ichika first hesitated because the festival is on the same day as the pair dinner with Houki, but in the end he accept it. This make Ran very happy because in her heart, they're on a date during the school festival(she even already planned to go around the festival with Ichika with their hands entwined). After that, Ichika take Ran back to her home.
Spoiler for vol 7 chapter 3:
It's been a week since Ichika meet Kanzashi. Kanzashi still rejects Ichika's invitation to team up. Of course, because he invite Kanzashi every day, rumor starts to spread. Of course, when talking about rumor, we get told what happened to the other girls in the harem. To make long story short, the other girls beside Houki still hold a grudge to Ichika for refusing their invitation and promise to themselves they will beat Ichika to a pulp during the tournament. The funniest scene belong to Laura. She throws a knife to Ichika's photo, only to realize that the photo she throws knife at is an exclusive photo that no other copy exist because Laura accidentally burned the negative. Furthermore, it's her favorite photo of Ichika too. She panicked after realizing which photo she made a hole to and even calling medic to repair it :P
Houki on the other hand, get invited by Tatenashi to team up with her. Houki tried to resist at first, but Tatenashi get her to accept by going into "pleading mode". After Houki accepted, Tatenashi brought her into infirmary to update her latest data. It seems the IS has auto-adjustment function inside, but to make the delicate adjustment, the latest data of the pilot is needed. In just a moment, the check is completed, and Tatenashi send it to Aka-tsubaki so Houki can make the adjustment later, of course after teasing Houki about her bust size :P. Houki left the infirmary after that while thinking that it's strange that even though usually she will feel like rebelling if she's being ordered around like that, she doesn't feel that way at all when Tatenashi does that.
After Houki left, Tatenashi is thinking about Houki's aptitude parameter which change from C to S. Aptitude is decided from birth, and although it can increase through training, there's never been a change as extreme as this in such a short time. Furthermore, the only 2 person Tatenashi knows who have S aptitude is "Brunhilde(Chifuyu)" and "Valkyrie". She then deduced that the key must have been Tabane.
Scene changed back to Ichika and Kanzashi. Ichika invites Kanzashi for lunch, which she refused even after Ichika offer to treat her. Remembering Tatenashi's advice, Ichika become aggressive and princess cradling Kanzashi to the cafetaria. Kanzashi tries to resist at first, but finally relents and let Ichika treats her. We also found out that Kanzashi's eyes are good, the glasses she uses are for cell-phone projecting display. Ichika densely offer to feed Kanzashi using his chopstick so Kanzashi can taste how Ichika's chosen menu taste like. After that, he even ask to try tasting Kanzashi's kaarage, but Kanzashi refused that request and to hide her embarrassment, she put a huge amount of Ichimi Tougarashi(Japanese pepper) in Ichika's dish. Upholding the Japanese spirit of not throwing away food, Ichika finish his dish while gulping a lot of drinks. Seeing that Ichika, Kanzashi flash a little smile.
In class, Kanzashi keep day-dreaming about Ichika. She forgets about time and doesn't realize class already ended. When Ichika invites her again for partnering up, she thought that Ichika was a day-dream and she consents to that, only to find out that Ichika is real. Ichika then take Kanzashi to sign up for the tournament, and then they split up to change before going to the maintenance room.
At the maintenance room, they start to prepare for the tournament. Since it's close to the tournament, there's a number of people at the maintenance room including the personal IS user senpai. Kanzashi then starts to tell Ichika information about the personal IS user. First is 2nd year Forte Sapphire, her personal IS is Gold Blood. Next is 3rd year Daryl Cathy, personal IS Hell Hound version 2.5. After that, Ichika spot Cecilia adjusting her IS too and Cecilia turn her face away sulkily when she noticed Ichika. It seems all the girls beside Houki is still mad to Ichika and treats him coldly.
Ichika and Kanzashi then starts to look at Kanzashi's personal IS, Uchigane Niigata. The IS itself is already completed, but the weapon hasn't, and since it hasn't been tested yet, it's still unable to be used in real battle. When Ichika asked what's the Uchigane weapon is, Kanzashi answered Uchigane has multi-lock on system for the high power guided missiles and a charged particle cannon. Ichika then said that if it's charged particle cannon, Kanzashi can use the data from Byaku-shiki. Kanzashi then comments that from the data, there's too many inefficiency in the weapon's output and cause it to overuse energy supply.
As they chat further about it, Nohohon-san approach them to help them tuning up Kanzashi's unit. It turns out Nohohon-san is Kanzashi personal maid from Monday to Thursday(weekend and friday is her off day, said Nohohon-san), just like how Utsuho is Tatenashi's personal maid. It seems Nohohon-san is talented at IS tuning, so she does some of Uchigane's tuning even if Kanzashi protested against it. Nohohon-san also said that Ichika relied too much on Tabane-san's created IS' innate ability, which is very good, and tend to neglect adjusting Byaku-shiki. After that, Ichika and Kanzashi then go to no.6 arena to test Uchigane's flight capability(after Ichika's dense comment which earned him a spanner hit from Nohohon).
Continuing from last time, both of them do a flying test at arena no.6. At first, everything goes well up to when they reach the highest point of the course, but on the way back, the Uchigane malfunctioned and one of the booster on its leg exploded. Ichika, being the hero that he is, swooped down using ignition boost to protect Kanzashi from the fall using his body(on an IS of course). The impact of the fall damage the tower, and one of the teacher found out about this. They didn't get scolded because of this since it's because of IS malfunction, but they still have to make 10 pages of report of the accident.
After that incident, Ichika once again persuade Kanzashi to ask for help for tuning Uchigane. Kanzashi unexpectedly accept the idea, and Ichika asks Kaoruko-senpai to help them. They also get closer because of this incident and Kanzashi tells Ichika to leave out the san part when calling her(she also comments that Ichika looks cool when saving her, but her voice was too small and Ichika missed it as usual).
Back at her room, it seems Kanzashi is even more smitten about Ichika. She also seems to have a huge complex toward Tatenashi since Tatenashi is so perfect, but she found a newfound strength in Ichika.
Back to Houki and Tatenashi, they just finished training together. Houki is as usual very formal, and Tatenashi wants her to be more relaxed. After the training, Tatenashi invites Houki to have dinner together with her at the 2nd year dorm. Houki tries to reject at first, but it's useless in front of Tatenashi as usual. In the changing room, Tatenashi notice Houki is making a scary face(because she's thinking about Tabane) and forcefully make them smile by tickling her. She then ask about Houki's relation with Tabane. Houki thinks to herself she actually respect Tabane a lot, but because of a certain "incident", she can't help but think about the incident every time she meet Tabane and ends up avoiding her. Tatenashi then invite Houki to go to the shower room. They continue the conversation there where Houki told Tatenashi that she doesn't hate Tabane, but she's afraid because she doesn't understand what's in Tabane's mind. Tatenashi then answer that she's also the same, but she says to Houki that it's alright because Tatenashi is sure that Tabane loves Houki dearly.
Next day, Ichika asks Kaoruko-senpai and Nohohon for help with tuning-up Uchigane. They agree but ask for payment of 1 date with Ichika. Kaoruko-senpai then gather 2 other member to make a team. One of them, Kyouko is promised a 2-shot photo with Ichika for the help. The other one, Fi, is promised a massage for her help. With the team assembled, they start working hurriedly on the tuning up while Kanzashi take care of Uchigane's software. Ichika is used as errand boy to bring all kind of tools to Kaoruko-senpai's team. The senpai-team try to tease him by putting non-tune-up related errand between the real errand, but Ichika caught up to that plan and doesn't fall for it.
In the end, the tune-up is completed, although the multi-lock-on system still can't be used. After that, Ichika volunteered to take care of the clean-up himself so the senpais can go home. Kanzashi then realize that she doesn't need to do everything alone. When Ichika tells Kanzashi to go back first, she said that she will wait for Ichika. The walk together until halfway to the changing room, but Kanzashi still can't talk to Ichika at all because she's not confident enough.
Scene change to Ichika's room. Ichika just finished taking a shower and Tatenashi visits his room again. This time, Tatenashi request for a massage and Ichika complies. Tatenashi then tells Ichika that she pair up with Houki. She then tells Ichika that she thinks that he's close with his sister, which Chifuyu shows by being extra strict to him. Of course, Tatenashi tease him by asking if she should remove her underwear.
Scene change to Kanzashi who bake some macha cupcakes for Ichika. When she brings the cupcakes to Ichika's room, she overhears Ichika's conversation with Tatenashi. It seems the data that Ichika gives to Kanzashi for Uchigane's charged particle cannon belong to Tatenashi's mysterious lady instead of Byaku-shiki. Her uneasiness and complex to her sister grow again, and she runs away back to her room and cries alone there.
Spoiler for vol 7 chapter 4 part 1:
Continuing from last chapter, Kanzashi woke up in the morning after crying to sleep last night. She's still participate in the match unwillingly, but when she things about the tournament, her complex starts to surface again. She also thinks there's no hero in real life like those hero anime(she previously thought Ichika looks like a hero when he saves her during the accident).
Scene change to the tournament opening ceremony. During her speech, Tatenashi announce a new sudden event, the person who's cheering on the winning tag-team will get a free meal ticket at the cafetaria. When Ichika interfere by saying isn't that some kind of gambling, Tatenashi replied that she already got permission from the teachers, to the dismay of Chifuyu-nee who doesn't agree to this event. After his useless objection, he then found out his first opponent will be the Houki&Tatenashi pair.
Scene change to Houki. She's very happy to get Ichika as her first opponent round. She even planned to confess after the dinner if she managed to win the tournament.
Back to Ichika again. Before he go to the dressing room to change into IS suit, Kaoruko-senpai approaches him again. He's shown the betting position right now and found out he's in the last place(he and Kanzaki is getting the least cheer), partly due to the unknown factor of Kanzashi's IS which never been tested before. Tatenashi's pair of course place the highest, since she's the only country representative in the school. Ichika also realized the strange huge number of personal IS user in the 1st year since there's only 3 personal IS user in 2nd and 3rd grade combined, including Tatenashi.
After a photo, Ichika is then asked for a catch-phrase to be put on the school newspaper. Before finishing the interview though, suddenly intruders land on the school's arena and everyone is asked to run to the shelter.
Scene change to the teachers. Yamada-sensei informs Chifuyu-nee that the school has been invaded by unmanned IS, furthermore a more advanced model than the previous one(in vol 1). There's 5 unmanned model attacking, and because of that, the school has entered automatic lockdown mode and the teacher is unable to help the students escape. Chifuyu then instructs Yamada-sensei to take a few teachers in order to take down the lockdown between each area and lead the students to safety, while the the combat teacher have to get ready to break-in and defend the school.
Scene change to Cecilia and Rin, battling with one Golem III. They're able to hold their ground against the golem at first, and Cecilia even managed to hit the golem using her new skill, Flexible, to hit its blind spot. Even so, the Golem's armor is very sturdy and they're unable to dent it using the attack.
It's Laura and Charlotte's turn next. They're pushed down by the Golem and Charlotte's get hit hard enough that her shield is damaged. This enrages Laura and she attacks the golem recklessly. At first she managed to corner the Golem using wild attacks, but the golem was still fine even with all that wild attacks and manage to close the range using Ignition boost. The scene ends just before Laura get cut in the torso by the golem and Charlotte screams.
Next is the 2nd and 3rd year, Daryl and Forte's combo. With their excellent teamwork, they manage to easily avoid all the golem's attack. After evading all of the golem's attack, they start their counterattack and start attacking the golem. The scene ends right before their synchronized tomahawk kick on the golem hit.
Will end this here. I'll try to continue tomorrow if I have time.

Also, does Ichika have some grudge against Guan Yu? Why does he keeps mentioning him?
In Chinese culture, Guan Yu's the epitome of MANLINESS. Honestly, there's a reason why the Chinese rever him as a god. Maybe Ichika is saying that Chifuyu's as manly a Guan Yu?
Then again, remember how Ichika immediately thought of the Terminator when he heard Chifuyu approaching?
