Purple hair with the cat, it's Suzuka Tsukimura Nanoha's friend from the first season. The other girl (blond short hair) is Alisa Bannings.

Vivio seems to have more secret, but I'd like not to talk on speculation for sake of Nanoha-chan. Anyway, both of them are VERY dangerious objects that require extreme caution when we deal with them.

Surely, he's a serious criminal and has been up to bad stuffs.
However, he only wants to study on something he's interested in; mainly biological researches... It's not that he wish to destroy or dominate worlds, or willing to eradicate anyone on his path.
According to Fate-chan's investigation note, his obsession to biology somehow relates to his origin... Maybe we can see more about this matter as we investigate more, or from their side's talks.

Well, organizations are by nature complicated, so it can't be helped.
First, High Councils are the people who established TSAB.
Ground Center is a part of TSAB, and Mr. Regius is the big man of there.
RF6 is... in rather unique position in TSAB, that it doesn't have many restriction but will be in more danger instead.
Of course, RF6 is not a higher-rank, and the CO is as young as 19 years old (it's me).
About the High Councils... I think we'll see more about them soon.

Me, fight against Nanoha-chan? Nanoha-chan will win, hands down(0 second answer).
Among the Forwards of RF6, only one I'd win against in serious fight would be Caro (w/o her dragons, it is), I suppose. Well, Fate-chan will kill me for that though, heh.
My fighting style requires either co-working with Wolkens, else I'd better off providing support from back-line. In other words, at the point of me getting into serious 1 on 1, we're already lost.
Like how it is in Shogi or Chess, "Able to take strong opponent at 1 on 1" is merely one of many choices in tactical point of view.
Mind you, it's not my sour grape, it's just that people have different role.

Was that a good lesson?

So, is this remotely canon (( as in the level of information RF6 possess )), or is it just a special trivia interview done in in character of Hayate?

Because since this apparently takes place in accordance to the events of 19~20, and 14.5 still had Yuuno scratching heads on Vivio, and now... it almost sounds like he's got something on Vivio and Cradle, though the latter isn't too surprising being that it's kinda well-known, within a ridiculously short amount of time. (( from awakening to before final battle ))

Ah~ NxF. Further proof they're too afraid to kill any cows.
