For some reason this thread was closed.
In the past few years no other series have captured me like Haikyuu. I had to comment something after watching episode 9. Such a well executed episode from top to bottom. In my first decade of watching anime I haven't really cared for sports anime. And now it seems that's the only genre that interests me anymore. Haikyuu is beyond what an anime can be in the style of bringing exhilaration while I stay rooted in my couch. Everything is perfect. The music, the animation, the nuance to capture those brief tiny moments which makes my heart race... everything. I'm rambling. I just can't help but being a tremendous fan of this show. Another great episode that just finished in the blink of an eye. I can hardly wait for the next. Also, if the thread title needs tweaking, let me know.

Did 100 push ups
Did 100 sit ups Did 100 pull ups And then ran a mile on treadmill just to wear off all those accumulated adrenaline after watching ep 11. Is there any show out there better than this!??

I have never seen a bad episode of Haikyuu, never. Every single episode has been great, and few shows have accomplished that. |

The final rally for Haikyuu was so blood pumping I couldn't even. The final segment with the Miya twins minus tempo back attack is just the culmination of everything this match was all about. And it is all the more fitting that this was the first match that Karasuno won not with a coordinated all in attack, with an over the top spike or with their trademark quick... but with a block.

I still haven't even started season 3 yet but I saw the clip on youtube for the final rally for To The Top and I couldn't help myself.... What an amazing sequence! Watched it over and over more times than I'll like to admit lol.
I'll probably start the third season soon because of how pumped that got me, was also a fantastic callback to the end of the first season as well. |
