With my anime only knowledge, I see the one above as a simple reproduction of Jun's love for wrestling (which she mentioned in the last episode). They're on a ring, Jun is the fighter, Keima is the coach, Elsie and Haqua are the two pinups. I don't see oddities, just that those three are delicious.

It's the same "problem" as with Index/Railgun: The original art seriously downgrades the character's actual body ratios.

I don't think the originals downgrade the body figure. They are the originals for a reason. The anime are the one who do bust upper.

Let me give you just one example....

Haqua Du Lot Herminium

Height: 162 cm
Three Sizes: 80/56/83
Weight: 46 kg

The above body would normally equal to a B cup, not a AA cup. For some reason, almost all of the girls are at least one or two cup-worth of bust downgraded. Here's another example:

Nakagawa Kanon

Height: 161 cm
Three Sizes: 86/58/85
Weight: 45 kg

Kanon is definitely at the upper C cup range, almost approaching D cup. However, he's like a B cup or lower C cup in the manga.
