There's more differences than that. For instance, the TV circles have the inner squares form a perfect octagram (more precisely, a Star of Lakhsmi), here what would've been the octagram has its edges cut off by the addition of another ring inside the circle. Also, the borders outside the 4 small circles are visibly hollow, forming a "break" on the circle's circumference unlike the smooth lines of the TV version. Hence, like RH and Bardiche the Midchilda Magic Circle has also been modified for the movie.
