Ugh, and I was anticipating his debut the most too. =/ Not that she's terrible at shota voices just, not what I'd consider a cute shota/trap/thing. =s I'll have to make sure I check the cast lists more throughly before developing any anticipation towards characters.

I wait for Hasta's episode only to see his/her gender. I'm pretty sure he/she is either :
- a reverse trap (female answer : it's a girl !) - a feminine guy (male answer : it's a guy !) - a Hideyoshi (neutral answer : his/her gender is hidden)

well, they say that speaking Hastur's name brings doom to those who do so i don't think write it is the same, and there only 25% chance that Hastur will hear and send a Byakhee to me even if i spoke his name out anyway.

I wonder if anyone will reply my question to see if Hasta is a girl (reverse trap), a boy (feminine shota) or a genderless person (Hideyoshi). Check Wiki (see ハスター 's profile, but attention spoiler !) to reply one of my selected answers here.

I hope you realize that it's dawn/morning/night for most people who might have read the LNs. Wait a bit.
[mod edit: removed minor novel spoiler] On the Hastur issue: I myself am a Goddess. I'm sure I can easily send those irrelevant "Great Old" Ones to below. Last edited by relentlessflame; 2012-04-12 at 22:11. Reason: removed minor spoiler |

#7 - Vol 1 #15 - Vol 2 #19 - Vol 3 #21 - Vol 4 #22 - Vol 6 #23 - Vol 5 Vol 1 peaked @ #3. Does this series have a reasonably big LN fanbase behind it or is this just a Tiger & Bunny type thing where an unexpected show just hit it off with viewers? |

Unfortunately, the only series I read from GA (which has a lineup quite similar to MF Bunko aside from a few titles) is OreShura by Yuuji Yuuji (whose Rururu series was blatantly advertised alongside Polyphonica in a few frames of Haiyore! ) and have hardly any knowledge in the sales of other titles.
Though I didn't expect to have Haiyore on my watchlist, the comedy and her seiyuu (who seems to be doing her role right) is keeping me in right now. |

It will be better if he/she's confirmed to be a reverse trap. If he/she is a genderless character like Hideyoshi, then billions of doujinshi dedicated to him/her will be there. Since it's a anime-only thread, we must call Hasta "he/she" rather than "he" since his/her gender is still hidden.

I was wondering, if Nyarlathotep and Cthugha are also originally male, why was only the gender of Hastur's anime counterpart made to be somewhat ambiguous? Wouldn't it have made more sense for them to have done that to Cthulhu?
