I don't think Ichigo would fit in at SS, I think once shit settles down he'd be fine continuing his Daikou job on the side if he keeps it low profile, though I guess it wouldn't matter to his friends now since they kept their memories.

If Aizen had a doctor or kept Orihime on his side the casualties wouldn't have been so bad. After the Espada the only casualties were Hiyori, Momo, and the other captains who are all going to be healed by Orihime

So based on the end of the chapter, I think all the times he was supposed to die have finally caught up with him...like Final Destination or something, and he's going to finally die? I guess next goes the walking queen of the dead, Rukia, and all the rest...

You'd think not. He should be in exactly the same situation as a normal Soul Society resident—a random, unpowered soul separated from his body (although not quite by death in his case)—and we don't see SS residents crumpling in pain as the more powerful shinigami walk by. That said, Mr. No Self-Restraint Zaraki just showed up, so if Kubo's decided to retcon the powered's effects on the unpowered in SS, he would be the best one to illustrate it.

That said, if they've already reverted to the real world, he's a bodiless soul with no chain who isn't a shinigami. Turning into a hollow, especially given his history, wouldn't be surprising.

Well Ichigo's theory would explain why Aizen was babying him this entire time and never used his zanpaktoh on him. Maybe he wanted to create someone who could reach his level.

Of course, more likely Kubo just didn't know where to take the plot. If this is the end of Aizen, this is basically anime filler arc quality.

Chapter was anticlimactic ended too soon all the build up amounted for nothing . This was dragged nearly for a year and the ending felt quite abrupt . Had expected something more ...

Now the question lies whats happening to Ichigo is he dying or the hollow/zangetsu devouring him .

Well if he lost all of his powers I don't think it's his inner forms taking over. I think Isshin forgot to mention the other side effect to FGT...a wicked hernia.
