Next worry is that pressure for volume 10 will be off the charts.

The L/Ns are much better than the manga, so yes, but that it's if you don't mind knowing how everything happens in the series before it actually happens in the anime. If you don't, I'd also recommend reading the 'Aria in the Starless Night' side story because it seems that it'll be one of the first arcs in the anime.

@MrTerrorist

Yeah, I would recommend you to read "Aria the Starless Night" side story but you will need to read "First Day" in volume 8 before that because I believe the anime might proceed according to this order:

Vol.1 Chapter 2-3
Vol.8 First Day
Aria the Starless Night

don't read it. Read it after the anime ends. that's always the best way to enjoy a show.

What about Fate/Zero? Or are there sidestories that haven't been translated yet?

I think the biggest problem is going to be spoiler control -- just mentioning ALO and GGO has the potential to spoil a major plot twist. Luckily this thread is already long enough that it should spawn an immediate sub-forum with a separate spoiler thread.

every tv ad shows a little bit more or how good the animation is, still most of them show almost the same scenes, but in the end im really expecting whats this gonna turn out.

That one doesn't actually count since Beast Lair did most of the work on their forums before uploading. (okay, I forgot about that. Just trying to come up with excuses...)

I'm actually expecting a lot of skipping here and there. With the chronology all messed up thanks to the side stories in volumes 2 and 8, it'll be interesting to see how they will go along with it. (or even put in fillers, quite easy to do when the time span in SAO was 2 years).

There seems to be a new TV ad. Thankfully it has some new scenes in it.

Yeah, CM3 does looked better than the previous CMs with some additional scenes.

I am pretty sure that the female student who is crying in the CM looks similar to someone most LN readers were very familiar with.

^I think your question is better suited for the L/N thread, as L/N spoilers of any kind (even if they're marked as a spoiler) are not allowed in the anime thread.

To French members living near paris

Wakanim has announced they'll simulcast the show but also that they'll screen the first episode as well as 10 minutes of episode 2 on June 24th in a small movie theatre in Paris. Details here

I'll be there

Well the place is mine now since I noticed it was a saturday, I don't work obviously, we shall meet there. (Isn't this great, we have the première hahahaha)
