finally someone on the team shoots something.the alien who kei shot down was in a gantz suit.i knew those things were gantz made but i dont get it.why give the vermine you plan on exterminating your tools? i want all the gantz members to regroup and fight their way inside the giant spaceship.if they spend their time fighting the foot soldierrs they wont go anywhere they need to infiltrate their base and kill the leaders.

Well, kind of clear what the story was all about now, right?
Someone gave the humans the technology to defend against the invasion, only they were all too uncaring to do anything about it. So the Gantz project trained people who had lost everything (their lives too) with the reward of a second chance. Did anyone noticed how most alien groups were in fact symbolisms of a NEET or hikikomori life? All parts of the cynicism and uncaring modern society. |

man i honestly hoping Tae gets killed in this arc and causes Kei1 to go berserk. honestly Tae for me is a nothing character i perfer Reika and Kei2. Gantz is the ultimate problem solver for shippers. on one hand some people like Kei and Tae on the other hand others like Kei and Reika what to do, what to do. i know lets just make another Tae and everyone can be happy.

The ilustration part is actually tension building. It wouldn't have much impact on the reader if it was done too fast. American comics are skipping this way too much and feel way dryer for this simple reason.
On the other hand, those huge Bleach frames really suck. They are suposed to be looking cool but in practice they offer nothing in terms of tension if they are overdone and slow down the plot to almost zero. One big square, five small, one big, five small... |
