I know it has to do with Subaru but what exactly (my guess the guys got something against combat cyborgs)

I think we're still receiving an average of at least 1 NanoFate fanart daily each week, so I suppose Nina is referring to outstanding works. With which I must agree, since after the lots of NanoFate we see is not so easy to find something that can reach certain level differentiation due to its concept, realization, style, or quality.
