What is the best player to play ogm files?

I was wondering what players would be best to watch ogm files? I'm currently using windows media but it will only let me watch anime in either japanese or dubbed. I want to know if I will be able to watch subbed with another player or do i need additional files to see subbed? Any help would be appreciated!

You should read the wiki of CCCP: http://cccp-project.net - and then download CCCP if possible. That would play ALL kinds of anime files.

If you want to watch something dubbed, I suggest picking up the DVDs.
