ep.14 well now indeed yea look things are really going uh-oh.

yuki still chair tied while yuno force feeding beef for yuki even going take yuki's pants to make yuki go wee-wee.

Unless I missed it, Yuno's happy ending on her phone has not changed yet. Does that means that Yuki will somehow return to her at some point?

As for the third body, it was left intact, indicating Yuno did not like it or want to bring it along. Right now, it is too early to tell who it is. It could be a brother/sister she is jealous of. It could be an ex-boyfriend. Heck, it could even be the real Yuno, and we are currently watching an altered mind person who thinks she is Yuno. Deus is degrading/dying; however, I don't see a correlation with the body, so I don't think it is related.

Pretty good episode. Ouji becoming a diary owner was the surprise tho it was mighty convenient considering the situation they were in with the gas filling the room.Aru trying to get into Yuno's head but she turned the gas up to full blast. Yukki slapped Yuno and left her to survive by herself.But she still going to protect him. Now thats dedication.

I wanted so bad to come in here and say the arrow to the knee joke.lol. Its the first thing i thought about when i saw that scene.

I see people mentioning an arrow into Kousakas knee. If you look properly, the arrow wasnt shot into his knee, but well above it into muscle tissue.

@thundrakkon Of course they are gonna team up again. As crazy as Yuno is, Yukki needs her.

As for the third corps..... I have a friend, who likes to invent theories about Mirai Nikki and he thinks, the third corps is Yuno herself. There was a scene at the very beginning of the first episode, where Yukki lies unconscious on the floor, Yuno is trying to wake him and and gets slaughtered by some unknown attacker. My friend thinks that the game Deus plays with the others is a kind of loop game, aka when it ends, it starts all over again. And as such, the characters stand above the real world in a way.... so the "game Yuno" went back into the past and killed herself to make the chances higher, she will win this time around.
Now, I dont see this theory as very probable, because it is too complicated and there are no hints on a higurashi loop plot so far other than the opening scene of the series, where we see Yuno get attacked. But it would explain, why Yuno is so good at fighting. Ever wondered where she learned to be the perfect killing machine at 14? She doesnt beat an eye lash, when she chops people up, it looks like she does that every day. If my friend is right, she had loads of practise in the previous games and it would also explain, why she is so messed up in her head.
well, personally I think the explanation will be somehing different and less complex, but we will see.

Overall theme this week: Asread trying to make things more logical, but only in small ways (like replacing the concrete with gas), and often leaving bigger holes (like the ventilation shaft: it works against "death by gas" and it seems unlikely that Akise wouldn't notice it...).

And the budget's increasingly hurting the production. I'd say most of the budget issues leading up to this point have been like "this could've been a lot better, but it was still at least ok", but in the past few episodes it's started to border into "this is bad enough it's hurting the show". I'm not sure what specifically I think should've been different when Yukiteru slapped Yuno, but it should've had more of an impact.

Can someone tell me why Yuno kept hinata alive? Disposing of the 'enemy' like she says is more efficient than knocking her off, tying and dragging her all the way to the control room

I think the simpler explanation is that she is a psychopath. She did kill her parents after all and she put thier skulls on chairs sitting next to her.

Like Aru, she wants to have keep her options open... if Yukiteru does not work out for her, she can always turn yuri for the next submissive, soulless, weak-willed character of the manga

I was actually impressed by how twisted this turned out. It may not be as fast paced as the earlier episodes, but somehow Yuno's switch from "running away to see the stars like kinky teenagers" to "drugging her boyfriend and killing his buddies" holds entertainment value for me.

Never seen a yandere pull off their character as effective as Yuno and carrying the show so well. Plus this episode had:

- Arrow to the knee (FTW)
- More fan-service (from 13-year-olds with great bods is a laugh)
- Yuno on a throne with skulls

Personally, I liked the VA a lot. It really shows her range when she goes from an orgasmic high-pitch to low serious tone. Her insane laugh was decent (better than Beatrice but definitely not on Lelouch's level).

I find that this series is more about fun in the ride itself (also not knowing what happens next), and really needs to suspend disbelief from its viewers. Fine with me.

Yuno isn't 13. She's 16 at the youngest. They're all in high school aren't they?

the Murmur section continues to be the highlight of the show, it is funny and somehow provides some explanations about the story, tho not sure how true are they

well, Yunos behaviour changes like april weather. Sometimes she mercilessly slaughters her enemy and instinctively predicts the enemy movements, other times she fails to react in time or see the coming danger at all. In other words, Yunos ability to be a killing machine... or not, depends on what the plot requieres at the moment. If the plot asks for a confidece boost in Yuno from Yukki, she slaughters her enemies like a weapon of mass destruction. If drama is needed, she suddenly becomes slow and fails to think logically or react in time.

Yuno is inconsistent in behaviour just like everything else in Mirai Nikki.

In any case, there's something that bothers me about Deus. For the God of Space and Time, he sure seems limited in terms of his ability to predict and dictate an absolute future. Not knowing the outcome of the tournament is part of it. However, it's apparent that in the Mirai Nikki universe there are probable paths that anybody with the right insight of the future can change. Fair game for everybody.

Without any spoilers, does the scope of his power and how time works in Mirai Nikki ever get explained more thoroughly?

Or is this just another tidbit I should just brush aside.

Not true, personality-wise the characters (or are least the ones I find interesting) are consistent and realistic (premise considered), Yuno has her reasons for acting the way you describe.
