Not quite sure I'm getting the point here
but j214AB have always worked as means to combo into Battler's meta-SP.
It comboes from j5C, so it's not hard to apply.

Sorry, Erika, but I think I'll have to run a Battler/Will team instead,
SP canceling is just too fun a opportunity to pass up.

Have you tried doing all that air combo and then going with the Air Scythe drop -> Meta attack?

Dunno if it works, maybe it does.

You can, but that would be mean I'd have to get rid of Battler,
and as he's my main, Erika has to go (and it's a bit finicky to do outside of combos to be all that useful as you pretty much have to right above the opponent).

Edit: spent a few minutes cooking together a video with two quick and easy examples in Battler and Erika's combos to show how SP canceling works:

While in effect, you can cancel any special move into any super move of your chosing,
be it a EX move, the character's SP2 or even their Meta Super.

So, anyone want to guesstimate when Lambda will be released? I'm loving Will, but Lambda is probably my favorite character in the series, haha.

I meant without relying on anything else to combo, aka only those two moves (214ab and Metasuper only) are used. I know perfectly it's possible to combo if you put a hit in the middle of the two.

But nevermind what I said before. I managed to pull it in the end. Now the problem is, what do I prefer, Lucifer&Will or Battler&Will? Having Attack Touch and SP Cancel seems deadly to me.
