As far as Imperialism go before WWI, Germany would have ranked on the very bottom, and nowhere near champion imperialists such as the British and the French. Come on now. Germany's biggest sin in WWI was simply for being
too successful. That and since anywhere outside of Europe at the time would have automatically received the less-than-human treatment, this meant global imperialism against
lesser people is
justified, while
aggression at home against
Europeans is not.
