It5 could be that there is a custom ending for each of the cures, just like the first ending has a custom start to it. WE'll know next week if they feature another cure.

While I do think the new ending makes the case of no new cures stronger, it doesn't completely rule them out imho. The opening has barely changed, which reminds me of how in Suite the opening only changed a bit at a time until we got to the final version. Also with so much of the dance focusing on Happy only a few sequences would have to be changed to add an extra cure or two.

I swear you people are going to expect new cures even after episode 40.

Reminds me of the GoseiGreen situation. Only he was an (ex-)established character. The idea of a new member for Team Smile is based on pure conjecture.

I never said I expected it. I have learnt that they are Trollei. I was just pointing out that while the new ending puts it more in the favor of no new cures, that it also does not explicitly rule out. The only thing that rules it out is the final episode airing and the next series starts airing. I mean, for all we know they could pull a legendary pretty cure like Cure Angie out at the last minute.

I disliked episode 25. It was fun, but the competition between Nao and Akane suspended my disbelief a little too far. Especially considering they both play team sports.

It might have worked as, like, episode ten. That being said, yuriyuriyuri.

Episode 24:
Spoiler:

For now I still like the old theme better, maybe I'd grow to like the new one after watching it a few more times.

Kinda disappointed in the latest episode...
Seems like everything is getting solved by Pegasus move...

Kind of expecting they'll fight bare-handed using Princess Form but looks like that is impossible.
Hope the abusing of Pegasus Rainbow only lasted a few episode...

I have that impression too. It's like two people locked in physical combat, then the one who is getting beat up pulled out a gun, shoot the opponent and win. Except in the anime, Miyuki and friends didn't use a gun, they used a Pegasus.

Episode 26

Heartcatch's Super Silhouette was used like that, too. As cool as it would be to see power up modes used in combat as much as the regular outfits, in Precure, they seem to exist only in stock footage.

Well if you got the power, might as well use it and get the fight over and done with. With the use of Pegasus, the other side is going to get more stronger moves too. It's a mini arms race Precure style to fund all those power up toys that will be made because of it.

Can you imagine how much a Princess form Halloween costume or birthday party is going to cost those parents?

I dont' know what to think of this series so far, I mean, yes its good and funny but I'm kinda not convinced on how they are dealing with Pierrot. Couldn't they have come up with something better instead of reseting the counter??

And the villians haven't got any powerup other than Super akanbe (which sounds extremely lame), I would be cool if they maintained their previous form during the 1st "battle" with Pierrot.

I hope that when he DOES show up, he doesn't get 1-shot killed like last time and after that we roll the credits, put some catchy music and that's it.

PD: and YES, even after the last episode I will still be waiting for new Precures.

The win this time reminded me of Akazukin Chacha, where the characters are regularly beaten to near-defeat, then they do the god-mod transformation and instantly win.

...It was a lot funnier there... and I've been skipping it in both.

I'm really disappointed that the structure is exactly the same in the second half. Did any of the shows have a second half so similar to the first? No new enemies, dynamics, or anything. Just the Pegasus god-mod, which adds a minute and a half of stock footage.

...I'm *really* hoping that they introduce new cures, or at least something to spice the formula up.
