No lol, its not going to be live action, its still anime.

The reason why the trailer is in live is just a teaser stunt and saves animation effort. But the actions tell alot, anyone who has read the novels can instantly tell what is happening. Its probably the most important event in the story.

Oh!

Well I can breath a large sigh of relief. No girls could pull of the looks of the girls on the show, due to the fact that nobody's eyes are that big.

Phew. Phew. Phew.

But I can see why the company did a live teaser idea, saves them money which they can use on the actual show.

It really should come out next year.... I hope.

I just said we as a know of a few people that agree with me on it. Anyways, Maybe they will pull S2 annoucement on the finale of After story, they did it with Clannad on Kanon's last episode...

Unlikely. While KyoAni does the animation on all of those, Clannad and Kanon are Key properties while Haruhi is a Kadokawa property. Unless Key is going to do a Haruhi game, in which case things could get very interesting quickly...

Hopefully there wouldn't be a live-action Haruhi. The only one I have seen (which is also supposed to be H-action), makes it seem so.....fake.

I prefer Haruhi as an anime. I like her ridiculously cute that way (along with a adorable Tsuruya and insanely sweet Yuki).

Excluding Haruhi, Sakanaka, and Ryoko.

You'd play as one of the random males. Arakawa would work well.
