I just got my nendo Sayaka yesterday... after a month of waiting. No more ~1-week SAL miracles like my experience with nendo Madoka, nendo Homura and nendo Mami, it seems.

Only nendo Kyouko left to complete the team, and I'll be expecting her after a month, as usual, since she just shipped the other day.

Did you go SAL Registered or unregistered? I've had loads of 1 week things with registered SAL but unregistered takes me about a month or more

SAL unregistered for almost all of my shipments.

The only exceptions are 1 EMS (which took more than a week), and 1 surface (by sea!, due to the GSC Online Shop's first shipping fiasco

)

Madoka - 6 days(!) (still holds the record for the fastest of all my SAL shipments)
Homura - 9 days
Mami - 13 days

Okay, not exactly 1 week for both Homura and Mami, but still miracles/magic by unregistered SAL shipment standards. Every other SAL shipment of mine took more or less a month to arrive. I just thought the magically fast shipment streak for my Madoka Magica nendoroids might carry over to Sayaka's shipment (took 27 days).

On the other hand, my nendo Mayuri holds the record for my longest SAL shipment at 41 days(!).

You made me much less confident for SAL. Me being a man not trusting the logistic people, who may conveneintly fall goods "out fo the truck".

Or perhaps it's not SAL's fault.

It may just be the toys sold well enough for their home market that any export will have to wait for a 2nd batch of release.

I think it depends on when you order. Ordering in the winter time especially around Christmas is killer when it comes to SAL. I once had to wait 2 months for a package (I was so sure it was lost but it did arrive).

Despite some of the long waits, I've never experienced losing an unregistered SAL parcel, if that helps. No crushed packages, either. I've been ordering stuff almost monthly since early last year.

The problem is where I live, and where do people, working in there, come from. I mean, those are places where imported goods "disappears". So the less it stays in the logistic phase, the more at ease I feel.

And looks like the Muv Luv model I have been waiting for is up for preorder.

I now have Madoka sitting on my shelf, and the rest (Homura, Mami, Sayaka, Kyouko) to be shipped later \o/

I skipped regular Madoka, and not interested in Mami, but have Homura, with Sayaka and Kyouko on order -- I'll get Madokami when it is released, though. I also have a Kyuubey plushie. <3

She is kind of expensive but this site still has her (they are shipping from the US so at least you will save on shipping though)
