You can't have DLC characters effect a retail games achievements, so something like Team Darkstalkers being possible only with DLC can't happen.

Oh btw to add on to Seth Killians asshole comments

The Darkstalkers achievement could have just the name (like the Mega Buster achievement) That achievement could alo refer to Morrigan, Arthur & Dormmamu.

Anyway, looks like clasic Megaman is also out of MvC3

Removed because the characters has too much work? Didn't knew that the guys at Capcom were such slothfulls, or is it that Frank is so popular that they realised they could get much more cash adding him as DLC?

I agree with the above, the only companies worse than Capcom with DLC is EA and maybe Activizard. Remember when this stuff wasn't dlc, but you expected to be on the disc for free?

I said that about the 3 DLC characters in Blazblue CS and it was like 1v10 with myself being the 1 lol.... had some dumb arguments like the game is $40 so the DLC characters cost is fine... which totally ignores the fact of why it (And SSFIV) was $40 in the first place... because most people think BBCS and SSFIV should've been free DLC. If DLC gets me Jill 4 weeks after release instead of 2 years than yeah...

To think that Sebtinel took Megaman's place is quite dumb since Sebtinel si from the MARVEL side, that would be Lei lei but I've never been a fan of Megaan and I kinda like Lei lei from the Darkstalker series so... XD

I'm angry for Frabk, you can say he was from my BIG hopes in the game, his shadow was in the first promo, he is the only character from the shadows that was removed, he was q}kinda of an obviosu since the begining who just got discarded because he has too mcuh work and the come to reveal this 3 weeks before the game release, yeah, I'm kinda angry

To be fair, it's not just simply "it's too much work" it says right there in the article his character was already deep into the development process, some things creep up towards the end of development. But! I am curious to what "the nature of" his moves are that would cause them to shelves him for the time being...

Not that I'm agreeing w/ what some people are saying on Capcom Unity, I can sorta see where they're coming from about Mega Man, he was in the first two games, but he's left out in the third and replaced by Zero. The same could be said about Gambit...but he got nerfed pretty hard for MvC2 and kinda sucked in that one.
