I had to watch it again to remember; you're right, Rena repeats "barabarajiken" (mutilation murder) with a very angry, low voice and turns normal again. I don't really get it; maybe they just wanted to add a scary moment to the dialogue?

Also rule for this kind of thing, "kill the assassins".

Also "no witnesses" meaning probably everyone involved would be killed to prevent a leak. Even a madwoman can't talk if she is dead (like the reports say she was already).

then there's no answer for that. If I'm wrong, someone please correct me.

I don't remeber that scene in Saikoroshi-hen so I won't answet the second question.

For the third question:
Spoiler for spoiler:
From what I remember Takano was dead in Rei and it took place after the final answer arc.

No, since it's a continuation of Matsuribayashi, she must be in the clinic, being cured.

At least in the anime Takano is alive in Rei. She, along with Chie, was "recruited" to retrieve the magical swimming trunks.

There is no telling where in the story such a "silly" episode should take place. It could be at any point really. Hanyuu was still spirit form after all.

Oh yeah you are right for some strange reason I thought she died in Matsuribayashi.

But do you mean with clinic the Irie Clinic? Because I think she was brought to a mental hospital and not the clinic for treatment.

She must be at level 4 or 5 of the disease, so she's obviously at Irie's clinic

Did events in Hinamizawa consider parallel world?
If so why some characters was able to recall what happened in the previous world?

One is jumping from world to world trying to find a happy ending (or win the game depending on how you take explaination from Umineko). The rest is classed as a miricle if I recall. Or perhaps just probability rolling in the one's favor for once.

I guess people like characters with short skirts.

The character designs are never consistent. Even the colour of Mion's tie changed from pink to green in the anime.

Yeah unfprtunately. I dislike how they scrapped ryu's art for the bland art in the PS2 version, an example.

I wouldn't say that the PS2 art is bland. R07's art has its charm, but let's be frank, it's horrible.

Yeah, a lot of people dislike his art style and much prefer a more professional art style.

I know. I think I'm one of the few who likes his art, at least better than the freak anorexic designs from anime season one and the imo kinda washed out PS2 art.

Anime's version (or let's say just first season, the rest is passable/ok/good) is more than shitty, R07's art of this time was even better. I really like the art of Higanbana, it would be great to remake the sprites with his current level AND professionnal drawings (just see how it looks better http://higurashi-cd.com/image/cdjake01c.jpg )

Yes he has improved a whole lot!

I love his art for Umineko in particular. If he keeps it up he will be a master of writing and art (well master of writing and pretty proficient at drawing), which isn't too common. I can draw, but I really wish I could write even half as good as he does.

I asked WarriorKK about those jacket covers awhile back, but they're actually illustrated by someone named 南向春風. Not R07. But I do think R07's drawings are lovely as sketches. You should see his character sketches in one of the Higurashi books. In my opinion, he just needs work on choosing a good coloring style that works well with his drawings.
