If I'm not mistaken, it's Joba Fractal. Not too sure where to get it. My little sister installed all the brushes for her wallpapers. I just came from behind and used them as well.

Ah...I see, the Fractal brushes I have are nice, but they aren't exactly "clean", there's the image, and its in a square that isn't empty, so it gets kind of annoying to use. Thanks for the name, I'm going to check it out.

Yar strange thing about anime characters. If you swap hair color they look like a totally different person. RWBwing says it looks like Mion from when they cry.

I'll do it after I finish reinstalling Photoshop since the update wants me to register and won't let me use it otherwise...and I don't like registering anything I own, so meh~
