Funny you ask that... Exia(Standard Mode), Virtue, and Dynames appeared in space after fighting the Trinity Trio on Earth. If Gundams can head to space in their standard form, it's safe to say that Trans-Am can do the same(but faster).

I would like to remind that this thread is not for discussion or opinions, only bare facts as stated in the thread guidelines. Only information that can be clearly confirmed by either watching the show itself or from another official source should be posted here (aka facts). There are other threads for speculations.
thanks you

Just to answer this once and for all, nothing has been stated about Transam being able to leave the atmosphere on its own, as of ep22.
What was stated by Lasse to be able to leave the atmosphere on its own, is the Assault Container, which presumably contains the GN Arms. Ep22, timing: 12:21. |

Is it true that the Gundams' E-Carbon armor is layered with GN Particles and that's why it can take multiple hits from beam rifles without penetrating the armor?
I ask this because I see mobile suits with E-Carbon armor, the same material the Gundams use, get shot up by beam fire from the Gundam but when the Gundams start taking blasts from the GN-Xs' beam rifles, they can take the hits. Though there was a close-up of Virtue in ep. 23 where beam weapons fire was making some pretty big dents on Virtue's armor which makes me believe that their armor can take only so many hits before a beam shot finally punctures the armor. |

i do beleive it was mentioned somewhere that the gundams are made from e-carbon laced with GN particles. They can take sustained damage from conventional weapons quite well, but energy based weapon seem to do more against it. i.e beam swords, GN rifles and even plasma blades used by flags.
Also on a another note i need some thing cleared up. Does the trans-am system give the Gundams 3 times" more" performance or does it just make the gundams 3 times"as" strong. Is it "more" or is it "as". Last edited by Angrypokstick; 2008-03-20 at 22:46. |

I am quite sure that it is three times as much, that is, two times more. |

Physical sword with beam attributes. It uses GN particles to alter the weight as it swings, allowing it to magically have more force the moment it hits along with sprinkles of GN particles that give it a really sharp blade |

A2 - There is no proof that Ali Al-Sarshes is anything like Tieria. Ali is a Mercenary with evil intentions [Reference: Episode 20]. The only debate comes from Episode 22, when Johann questions why Ali can use Gundam Zwei, as it required Michael's biometrics and he panicked questioning if he could 'reprogram/rewrite Veda'. This is just speculation on Johann's behalf, as he does not know Veda has been compromised (and the people who have compromised it may have performed the override). A3 - This has not been revealed. It was last seen in Kurdistan in AD 2301. [Episode 1]. A4 - Aeolia exhorts to fight for true peace, the end to all wars. [Episode 22] A5 - GN-004 Gundam Nadleeh [Episode 10]; Edit: Sorry: GNY-004 Gundam Plutone [from Side story Mobile Suit Gundam 00F] |

He wanted to know the name of the GNY-004, not GN-004. GNY-004's name is Plutone.

There doesn't appear to be any thread specifically about Gundam X in general, there are the following Gundam X: Under the Moonlight, Gundam X: ending "What is a newtype?", and Gundam X licensed?. There's also a fair bit of discussion about Gundam X in other threads, but you'll have to hunt around for those.
If you're interested in discussing something about Gundam X aside from those topics, then write up what you're interested in as a Request for new thread, and I'll create it if it's reasonable.
