Well I think it's pretty safe to say pretty much everyone does these days (or did before), but it's still fun to see your favourite scenes animated. Though that in turn usually leads to dissapointment since the anime doesn't always (duh) follow the manga to the panel.

I still don't get what the big deal was, it was either have 2 years of filler, cancel the show for 2 years, make up thier own story, or cancel the show completely.

They wouldn't need to cancel the show for 2 years, if people didn't want to watch the fillers they didn't have to. We all know what would happen in Pierrot's "creative" thinkers decided to make their own story. Lastly, I don't think too many people would be happy if Naruto got canceled completely, including the people making money off of the mercandise.

And not alot of shows last as long as Naruto fillers mainly because not too many shows hit it off big like Naruto did. All in all, I think they did the right thing with the fillers, even though they could have put a little more effort into making alot of the fillers... worth watching.

Really wouldn't have mattered to me either way. I didn't watch the fillers, so for all I care they could've just as well played nothing. Regardless, it's not the fillers in and of themselves. It's the WAIT. Waiting for the real story to come back. I mean, they could've interspersed filler here and there (like episode 101, that was funny). But now that I see light at the end of the tunnel, I'll just keep running towards it and everything will be alright.

i read the manga but the anime has moving pictures, color, sound, and sometimes good animation.

Confirmed: Naruto Anime Fillers to end in February; Series Re-named

It has now been confirmed that the Japanese Naruto anime series will be returning to it's original storyline as told in the Naruto manga series, coming this next February, a few short months from now. Along with returning to the story, Naruto will be getting a brand new name to go by. It is nothing big that will blow your mind, but nonetheless a couple of words have been added - Naruto: Hurricane Chronicles. This is also the name that the fourth Naruto movie, due to be released in theaters next Summer, will be going under as it is a movie that will take place after the time-skip. Now there, is something to the thankful for this Thanksgiving.

It is time to rejoice.

Naruto leaving the village with Jiraiya to train, followed by Kakashi Gaiden. Its going to pick off where it left off, Episode 135 when Jiraiya visits him in the hospital, but because it was shown it will probably be something like Jiraiya comes back to Konoha, Naruto bitches to him about training Jiraiya apologies’s to Naruto and tells him he's done with all his investigations and he's free to train him.

D*******o Fansubs LLC was proud to announce today that it has decided to officially pick up the currently in progress season of "Pokemon Diamond & Pearl".

Pokemon Diamond & Pearl is the newest installment of the overwhelmingly popular Pokemon series. This show once again stars Satoshi, a young Pokemon trainer attempting to make his mark on the world while continuing to fiercely train his Pokemon, and simultaneously battling the evils he encounters along the way.

Due to the enomity of this project, and the limited resources at the disposal of D*******o Fansubs LLC, it was decided that the best course of action was to drop* the show Naruto. Declining profit margins and recent increases in production costs have made the release of this product impossible to maintain.

We hope that fans will be understanding in this time of transition and will share in our excitement about this fabulous new presentation.

Q: Does "naruto dropped" mean you will stop subbing it?
A: Yes.
Q: Will you also drop "Bleach"?
A: If enough people request, yes.

Come on you expect me to get the word "Number" out of that? Lol any who, the number If I counted correctly, and there are no weeks where there wont be a Naruto Episode it should be 222. If there are weeks where there is no Naruto Its between 220~222. (This is considering that Part 2 will air Feb 15th of 2007)

Then again when you think about it, its a "New Show" with a "New Title" so it will actually be Episode 1.
