Kinda disappoiting that costumes are all DLC, I guess Bayonetta including costumes with the actual game itself is going to become the exception. Same with fighting game alts, thanks to SFIV I can see Dead Or Alives vast array of free costumes being a thing of the past.

lol Dead or alive 2 Extreme(or somethin) had a butt load of costumes for all the characters, and im not talking about the beach game. Ive yet to see any game except MMO's with more costumes.

As promised, here's my copy.


45 mins in on normal mode, and I'm done killing the first major god Poseido.

Everything is what I've expected for a landmark game of this Generation of Game Consoles, from life like graphics to blurring between cinematics and game CGs.

Almost everything is pure silk except that there's a bit of hiccups of lag when they pan the cameras from one area to the other. Perhaps an installation option will help ? Still when you consider that this game load everything from the disc and there's almost no loading time for all the beautiful rendering, it's a technical marvel.

PS :- Fatality from Krato's victims point of view is a stroke of art. Nothing can top this when bringing home the message of brutality of God Of War.

PSS:- I still think that Poseido-in-scylla works better as a boss instead of him taking the form of Hippocampus. However taking into consideration Poseido is the patron God of Horses in mythology....

Some observation so far when compared with the past games.

1) Kratos somehow sound less Emo when compared to 2 and CoO.....

2) Zeus still have that slyness in his voice. But I expect Poseido to be more wrathful in his voice from what I knew of him from mythology. And what up with that Irish accent ?

3) What's up with that tone down sound effect ? They lose that loud beatings during menu slections from 1 and 2. Perhaps I should try adjusting the volumes from my speakers and in-game tunings....

My almost complete God Of War game collections. Think I should search out a copy of the first print of God Of War I to complete everything ?

Oh my gawd, there was actually a launch event here in my city and I didn't even knew about it.

I have never been to one of these game launch events and I end up missing one that happened 45 minutes away from my house.

Soul Calibur 4 was basically cosplay heaven in terms of costumes. Many hours of fun were had in creating characters like Leonidas and Miku.

Just beaten it. Overall I would say it was worth the wait. It's like 1/2 with a more refined and polished package.

I'm sure everyone has their own opinion, but if there's one thing about the story that I found weird, it was...

Lack of involvement of Zeus until he shows up at the end. Seriously, for such a cunning man to pull off that trick at the beginning of GOW2, it seems Zeus is kinda stupid this time around. Most of the titans were disposed of in mid-game, what kept him busy so that he only shows up at the end? After all, Hermes was the last one from his group (Hercules was with Hera), and it's quite a while after that you have Zeus showing up...

I'm taking my time with it, studying the scenaries, textures, muscles, blood, guts, etc. Heck, I think they even got the breast physics right with the Gorgons.

Being the schemer that he is, I believe he is one to let others do the job first in order to use the least effort in cleaning up whatever remains behind. The only thing he didn't expect is the tenacious nature of Kratos.

The only thing I find lacking in this game is the number of Olympians. For example, Artemis is missing after being featured in the first game. I believe Sony is saving her and others up for another side story release ala CoO.

I just finished this game and I have to say that it is definitely my favorite out of the trilogy. Game of the Year contender for sure.

You're wrong, I've still have yet to reach that part of the game.

Besides, if I want to be a voyeur for 3D polygons sex, I'll turn to Japanese made digital interactive eroticas, they are more expertise in this area and thus will be more enticing.

Further still, having seen the concept arts for the characters, I find spunky young Pandora much more attrative than Aphrodite.

good to hear, thats what i want to hear instead of "I play a female character cuz i dont want to look at a guys ass, I might as well look at a pretty ass" ya know, that pathetic excuse for people playin as female characters in games with character creation or gender selection like MMORPG's.

I'm not looking forward to it but I'll do it for the bonus
