Not as naughty as you think, but pretty naughty. Just for the record there are a few people with a longer and more impressive list than Cats, but it is still pretty impressive for someone who is still with us.

And can we change the topic since unless Cats wants to indulge someone's curiousity by PM, it really isn't anyones business.

In what context? As Wiki says, Mu can mean a lot of things, from 10-6 to a Lost Continent.

I always assumed it was simply the noise made by the creature NoSanninWa is currently using as an avatar. Nothing more, nothing less.
As KiNA pointed out, the avatar says "Mu"... but I don't think there is much else to get beyond that.
Maybe there is a deeper meaning... but I think only NoSanninWa knows for sure ~

Let's think of it another way.
Did the white cross ever have any meaning?

I suppose it isn't another topic derailment to ask what "MU!" means. It is a silly question after all, so I shall revel in your silliness. If you watch the avatar for a whole loop you'll see it says, "Mu!" once in a while.

The avatar is indeed a commetary on moe and I am very pleased someone actually noticed that fact. I actually first used this avatar about a year ago for a month or so and after that it languished it my avatars folder. It started life as an animation I found... somewhere... I don't really remember where, but it was annoymous so I didn't know who made it. I modified it a bit and added my trademark cross.

As for the white cross... It is simply an identifying feature of the first avatar I ever used on this forum. After than, whenever I changed my avatar I kept the cross.

Here is a selection of some of the avatars I have used in the past:

. . . .

If anyone would like to make me a new avatar, feel free and I'll use it if I like it. They all have two things in common: The trademark white "X" and the vagueness of gender.

Now how's that for a complete answer. I think the topic is closed.

Ok maybe someone can identify a song of a commercial for me. It's the theme song for the Helio Black Ocean Cellphone. The theme song is absoultely amazing. If someone can, I would really appreciate it

innominate - thanks for helping me.

I've just noticed that lately, some of the threads have new icon.. telling how many post have been deleted from that thread? What exactly the point of it?

Secondly, in another forum (which I believe is using vB as well).. since its work nearly the same as in here.. yet, over there we have the ability to delete our own post? Why cant we have delete post ability here too?

There is no point to it. It is a template bug. It has actually been in the base vBulletin style/skin for a long time now, but it is quite pointless. You can't really assume anything about a thread just from the number of deleted posts so knowing how many were deleted doesn't really help you any. It isn't even useful for moderators. I just forgot to remove it in the recent re-ordering of styles, it will probably go again soon

That has been asked before many, many times. The general answer is because we've never enabled it. Originally this was because doing so allowed users to remove threads (even if other people had posted). This isn't actually the case any more, however so the policy is, you could argue, like an archaic law that no body bothers enforcing any more. Only, the forum is software so it just keeps enforcing it until we tell it differently. So far we've not seen the need to do that. I personally think allowing you to delete your own posts would be fine, or better than the alternative approaches, but it is a matter of the staff fully debating the pros and cons, and we've not really done that so it won't change any time soon.

  • Pros
    • Having a delete post option might encourage people to delete a inappropriate post themselves.

Deleting a post is one thing, editing a post blank is another. While in essence it's the same decision, basically fewer people have a problem to delete a post then to edit them.
      (considering other forums)

    • People can delete duplicates, generally even if one were to edit-out a duplicate it would still take the space as there is no viable way to remove one's avatar and info from a post.

  • Cons
    • People could delete the first post of the thread, effectively doing nothing, but make fools of themselves. xP

    • People could delete a post that might have caused a flame war, again does nothing~ But there's a chance there might be serious confusion on weather he/she did something bad or the next poster (or posters) over reacted. This could be cause for confusion. But I think the delete option works as a soft-delete so moderators should be able to see the post anyway.

I personally at this point in time think it's good either way.

Silly Q.
Why don't you just proceed as with Reputation? Turn it on, and just leave it until it becomes useless/pointless/trouble or you find something better.

I guess I can ask this here... it's a silly question somehow ^^'
Due to an accident with varnish, my favourite pyjama is totally ruined (no, I don't paint wearing sleepwear)
Unfortunately, I can't find them anymore in every store I checked... so I thought maybe an online shop?

I'm looking for black pyjamas, with long or 3/4 trousers with a sleeveless shirt. On the side of the trousers was a white dragon and on the back of the shirt the white kanji (ryuu - dragon)
I guess it's looking for a needle in a haystack T_T

More like the hay in a needlestack. Hmm I can't quite visualise. Do you have a picture?

Well, even so, I doubt I'd be able to help you >< sorrie. I've never seen pajamas online before.

No. I never took pictures it :3
But it looked a little like this: http://img451.imageshack.us/my.php?i...vestpjtju5.jpg
Except that shoulder part of the shirt was broader, not like on the pic.
And the dragon thing was something like this:
