They were good singers for Shakugan no Shana, so it would only come as a surprise for me if J.C. Staff actually takes this step of getting new singers.

I think it will be quiet a little dissapointing with the new openings, I mean all the other 4 got some good atmosphere because it was always Yuji and Shana. But I'm wondering, how are they gonna put them two as enemies in the openings? That's the one million dollar question

One reference:

Naruto X Sasuke.

They just need to do it in that spirit, with Shana being the Naruto (But with Sasuke badassery) and Yuji being Sasuke (not a Naruto-like char... but certainly less darker than Sasuke imo, still dark, still dark)

I haven't seen Mami Kawada making an opening thought that's not too "love centered"... or "power of friendship". Most of her openings are not very tragic, and are more like upbeat or a tab-bit emotional. (Prophecy and Akai Namida were exceptions, ESPECIALLY akai namida. Oh wait, there's Undelete and Ame as well...)

KOTOKO... she'll probably throw us some awesome techno + pop mix again. but that might not be too good for the mood that the anime is turning into...

unless they decide to throw Yuji in the background and focus entirely on Shana?

Now that's a good point. I completely that one of my favourite openings is also one of the saddest ones, I can't remember the name right now but it's basicly only showing deads and hate between Sasuke and Itachi, but still, got energy that increases the energy.
But now the question is if Kawada will be abble to play that...

@Terminator98: You have a good sense of fitting the theme here

The first video you posted is excellent if we can find something that is close to that.
The second video can fit quite well with an ending song.
The third video not quite so.
The fourth video is good when the series gets into more "conflicts" and such

Sorry for the low quality and the spanish subtitles, but it's worth to see. Seems too professional to be fan made and the guy in the description says that he didn't made it. Any idea of where it came from?

Not a clue, if it was good enough to get fans uploading the same video of it. Then it should be popular, but couldn't find anything.

As for the video itself, the video is 3 years old so I give credit with what they had to work with back then.

wow good video jaja... i talk spanish too... jeje... in fact i always see that in the first Athena no Seinto fansub the:
"Soshite kono sora, akaku somete..." says "Y tiñe este sol de rojo" when it should be "Y tiñe este cielo de rojo" jajaja...
Let's talk in spanish so no one understands wuajajaja... no... -.-

Yeah, fansubs normally fail in some traslations, but let's quit the spanish or we will get troubles with the moderators

Well, it might go something like... In first opening (well, if we get it under 13 eps/13 eps then it's the only one opening ..) we would get Shana and Yuji and a quick, VERY QUICK look at some memories, then we would get some spoilers about... hm... yeah, some spoilers, and then... well, end of song, but the last picture would be them two clashing their swords. That would suit ME.
