Not really. The vast majority of people who leave the village never go L5.

Anyone know what happened to the "Higurashi Project" scanlating group? It seems they just gave up or something, their website isn't up anymore. They were my ray of hope for English Watanagashi, now I guess i'll have to wait until August 2009 for the second volume from Yen Press (sob)

I never actually heard of the group, but it might be because that it is now licensed now and no one really want's to bother with getting into legal issues.

I can wait for the legal adaptation, and am just going to have to. This is a start of a new year and manga and anime are becoming bigger and better by every second.

In the spirit of completion, I was sorting through Matsuribayashi-hen Chapter 1 and noticed that it skips from 065 to 069. Are there pages missing or did someone make a typo with 069?

It the answer is the former, could we get those last 3 pages?

Most likely a typo, the numbering gets a little wonky sometimes when page-joining is involved...

I've actually been editing, I swear, I'll try to get the chapter out this weekend, but I've got a research paper in the typing phase now and I'm hurting for time with finals coming up.

Sorry to change the subject on you, but does anyone know if Utsutsukowashi-hen's been completely scanlated yet? I keep getting it confused with Onisarashi-hen : /

Could someone post some pictures of Minagoroshi-hen's artwork? Apparently it's a new artist.

Raenius???

Does he or she have a site showing their progress as of right now?
Also I only seen this colored small picture of the manga version of Minagoroshi-hen, so I too wish for some pictures of the manga for Minagoroshi.

Yeah, you did a grat job Benny ^^

I'm more than happy to have any manga, even if there's a huge wait. I applied to edit myself, but I didn't make the cut ^^; Now that I'm in college and pulling 18 credits (27 hours) a semester, I'm pretty much unable to even try anymore ^^;

And Benny, thanks again for all of your hard work!

Never think of scanslation like a job!! This is a hobby, something we do for fun!

Nope, we don't even have quality checkers. Just a translator and an editor.

And sorry we never found you a project to edit Falchion!
