^Yes, it happened on OGIN anime, though I forgot the detail. I remember the right knuckle was lost when he fought Beowulf and Gespenst MkIII on the first episode and after he jumped to OGverse, Lemon repaired it with that gold plated right knuckle. But then on the final battle against Einst, Soulgain left knuckle (or was it its right again, I forgot) ripped again so Axel used Zweizergain's.

Famitsu site list its attack name with Genbu Kongoudan like on the anime too by the way, not the initial Genbu Goudan.

yes, after re-watching a few scenes I remember now

original Soul Gain had silver plated fists
sometime after crossing dimensions it got an gold plated fist upgrade its right knuckle.

The gold fist thing is from OG: The Inspector anime since Axel warped into OGverse short an arm and in need of repairs(said repairs were done by Lemon). Go watch it since it's by fans for fans, literally.

Only bad thing about the inspectos was that they took the boob bounceing physics way too far. It was just annoying and after the 100th bounce I was skipping straight to the mecha fights. At least Ibis wasn't abused in that way, thankfully.

Since as far as I know Banpresto can't use Huckebein anymore after Sunrise pressed charge or something because it looks too similar to Gundam?

Please someone correct me if I were wrong. I never know what exactly happen with Huckebein issue other than I read on some boards without any official article

Ibis is one of those OG characters with "normal sized" boobs, so yeah. Her boobs didn't bounce. Neither do Esthers from z2.2, so I'm sure those two will get along well since they have the whole "Never give up thing" though Esther has the added "I will never lose in Work or Love!" and is the Excellen, without the giant bust(Poor Esther never gets a break over that), to Crowe's Kyosuke, without the devil's luck(Poor Crowe always has bad luck).

Now that I think of it.... Maybe that's what they wanted all along. Somewhat opposite Excellen/Kyosuke MC duo with a few similiarities and events(DM Esther/Einst Excellen and Kyosuke/Crowe surviving near death situations that would kill others)?

Sunrise and Banpresto are both owned by Bandai, so anyone of them suing each other would be like your foot suing your head, it's not gonna happen.

The "general consensus" about why they are hiding huckebeins is that the srw staff wants to keep each series more unique only for aesthetics reasons, specially to the eyes of possible anime only viewers; so "gundameske" units stay in gundam.

From memory, I think she has bounced in one or two games, but nothing too extreme (thus, it doesn't look like the other girls).

Wasn't Banpresto back then couldn't afford the license for Gundam so they had to use the SD version? That's why SRW never had real cut-in for Gundam until recently? I don't understand how this license thing work if both are owned by Bandai Namco
