Yeah, I never liked Andrea. First season, she was relatively useless. Second season, she tried to be too macho. I think the moment she near-shot Daryl was the moment I just wanted her to disappear =02(I actually cursed at the screen because she nearly killed the best char and badass in the show). The whole attachment to Shane made it even worse; not that I disliked ShaneXAndrea in particular, just the fact that she started to become as 'radical' as he was. I was hoping she'd died in the woods at the end of season 2, but alas, it was not meant to be. Third season, she was such a tool, even after Michonne warned her and found out about the heads, she stupidly continued to favor the Governor. Her only shining moment was when the Governor started getting crazy, and she took charge and calmed down the Woodbury citizens. Even then, her constant procrastination about the Governor is what made her undoing. She will not be missed.

Yet, at the same time, growing up -- we've all done and thought stupid things. If given the chance to go back in time, I'd hate on my kid self too. Hell, I'd deck myself a good punch in the face.

Season 4 next fall. And by it seems with this last episode -- he ran off with his two cronies. But of course, given his personality, no way that'll be the last we'll see of him. He'll be back. Count on it.

With a strong mixture of the better parts of the contemplation and angst from Season 2 combined with the strong action of season 3, Season 4 is shaping up to be a very interesting season for WD. Strong character arcs are forming, interesting discussions are occurring, complex situations are being presented, and nary a villain in sight. Can't wait to see what happens next.

Well, that was an interesting turn of events =03.

Spoiler for ep 6:

I expected the Governor's return to be some hackneyed plot dealing with revenge, ala events like the end of the 3rd season(kudo's to them for ep 6's preview[in ep 5] for giving that impression), but fortunately, they decided to take a different turn with the Governer by putting him back into a "good guy" role. The simplicity of focusing on less than a handful of characters allowed the story to become more focused instead of being all over the place. I was half-expecting things to turn south for the family at the end, but surprisingly, they survived(old man aside). I also thought the parallel with the little girl to his own daughter was a pretty nice touch to get me to sympathize with him better, not to mention him growing affection with the older daughter =03. The tomboy Maggie-like girl is okay too, even though I facepalmed when she messed up her foot =0\.

This scenario set-up this episode kiiiinda feels like a return to the original season, which I liked best of all the seasons thus far. Hopefully they can continue to keep it interesting on the Governor's side for a little while longer =03.

Wow the new episodes were great... till they introduced Tara as a lesbian and SO QUICKLY falls for another chick who is a lesbian...because..she knew she was? Or that ANOTHER lucky good looking woman survived so far.

I hope she and her "sudden lover" die in the next episode, Just because AMC half assed this shit.

Seriously, I was like "wtf!?" when Maggie gave Beth an assault rifle. I don't even remember her ever shooting a gun in this series, and shooting an assault rifle w/no experience? Gun should have recoiled into her face =0\.
