A Twitter account opened on Saturday to announce a television anime adaptation of Chiyo Kenmotsu's RPG Fudōsan (RPG Real Estate) manga. Kenmotsu celebrated the news with an illustration.

The four-panel manga follows Kotone, a mage who ends up running a real estate agency in a fantasy world. Kotone helps various clients, from a necromancer to a guild member raising a pegasus, find a place to call home.

Trying to run a real estate agency in Eorzea would have to be the most nerve racking job in the world. You would have thousands of people camped outside your office not to speak of the bribes and threats. Nowadays at least, but I can still remember when my FC would give away a house every month in our bid to take over an entire housing block on Mateus before they closed Balmung and turned it into the wretched hive of scum and villainy (RPers everywhere) it is today.

So rakira and rufuria are in a romantic relationship?, it seems pretty explicit with rufuria comment of rakira being hers and rakira agreed.

Didn't expect that, normally kirara just leaves it as yuri bait and nothing more (except sakura trick, that's full yuri).

I'm really sort of curious how the city manages airspace with Pegasus and Gryphon and airship and so on. I like this show more than I expected.
