Hello guys,
I'm going on a three day trip tomorrow so I'd like to go fully armed and operational. Which means I need some anime to watch at the hotel room.

I'm open to any suggestions but please the least amount possible of fanservice and romance and "above" not included!

Here are the anime I've watched so far and my rating for them,to give you a better idea of what I like:

Strike Witches 4/10 (The story was so-so but the fanservice? Give me a break, those characters are still children!)

Area 88 8/10 (I like military anime through it was a bit short)

Zipang 9/10 (Ended right when it was starting!)

Pumpkin Scissors 9/10 (Same with Zipang, ended right when things started to get awesome)

Code Geass 10/10 (Shirley noo)

Death Note 9.5/10 (Awesome,a masterpiece that got boring at the end)

Mirai Nikki 9.6/10 (Yuno is great,Yuki is a moron and the show is great)

Angel Beats 8.5/10 [Definetely not like me but I really like it,it was great. It did put me off when I saw Yurippe (that's her name, right?) with a sniper rifle but turns out it wasn't like that at all]

Sacred Seven 7/10 (Pun intended, through it really is worth a seven out of ten. It's a bit shallow but enjoyable nonetheless)

Guilty Crown 9.5/10 (Finally starts to get awesome, and different from Code Geass)

Steins;Gate 9.6/10 (Awesome in every way)

My absolute favourites are:
Fullmetal Alchemist - First season. Military and fantasy.
Ghost in a Shell: Stand Alone Complex - Apparently what the writers of Guilty Crown were going for but I think they missed the mark somewhat.
Gundam Unicorn - Military and war
Kara no Kyoukai - Dark supernatural

None of them have much fanservice though the last one has a fair bit of romance (though pretty dark). I think you'll like them since you seem to like dark supernatural and military types.

My other favourite is 5 Centimeters Per Second but that's entirely romance.

Most of my favorites contain loads of fanservice but Madoka Magica is the exception. The first three episodes are lighthearted before turning grimdark later.

My favorites are,
Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood - who doesn't like this?
Samurai Champloo - very, very good.
Fate/Stay Night and Fate Zero - the first one because of Saber the second one because of Saber and the anime as a whole.
Berserk - You won't see anything like this again, ever. Complete epicness.
Elfen Lied - The nudity might turn you off though.
Blood+ - The only vampirish show I like apart from Hellsing OVA.
Gurren Lagann - Well, it's got all the manliness you ever wanted.

From the anime you listed that I'm familiar with, you seem to really like sci-fi/action-adventure/thriller.

Now, going by that, and your "little fanservice/romance" standard, and my list of anime favorites that you haven't already mentioned, I'd recommend...

Gurren Lagann
Ga-Rei Zero
s-Cry-ed

If you can handle magical girl aesthetics, I'll also throw in Madoka Magica and the Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha anime shows. The actual Nanoha anime doesn't have that much fanservice (Nanoha fanworks often do, but that's a different matter )

I also second Eragon's Fate/Stay Night and Fate/Zero suggestions if you don't mind some romance on the side (and Fate/Zero might be fine even if you do mind it, since I haven't personally noticed much romance in it).

Time of Eve (Watch the OVA. The movie is the same content with a few transitions between the stories. Each story by the way is episodic in nature so it flows better separately)

Haibane Renmei

Baccano! (You seem to like action, so here's plenty of it)
