The special was very nice indeed, and in the end, Lucy got a reward after all

outta all of the specials I've ever read in any series, I gotta say I think "Welcome to Fairy Hills" is one of the best if not the best one

You'd expect the drinker girl to be inside instead, but I guess they didn't put her in because she definitely clashes with Erza.

Why am I not surprised that with the special, people forget that despite being essentially typical shounen, Natsu kicking ass was pure WIN and awesomeness? And even though they did copy the anime with the dragon, at least they made the dragon look badass in the manga (it just looks corny in the anime)

My guess is that it's one of two things: Either Kana brings home a boyfriend ever now and then, and doesn't want to deal with the complaints of dorm mates; or Kana simply can't make the rent (drinking as much as she does has to be expensive.)

I have a feeling Aquarius will kick Lucy's ass in a serious fight at some point, she's the only stellar spirit that kinda hates her...even old man Zodiark was kind to her!
