Having Oga actually struggle against someone like that would be very odd. The whole point of Oga is that he's just completely on another level, which is where most of the comedy comes from. I'd hate to see that ruined just make a longer fight scene. That said, I wouldn't be surprised to see another Toujou-class opponent in this school, but its certainly not going to be the first guy he fights.

You know the term "owned" or "pwned" just doesn't quite do it here, I think there needs to be something else, something that goes beyond them to describe how it is.
Guess I should say I'm fine with Oga pwning whoever he wants, while I can understand the whole wanting some "obstacles to appear in ones path so we have character development" I don't care for it much here, this is always been a fun read the way it is and I hope it continues that way.

oh and there is no need to rush the stronger opponent thing, there is always Aoi´s gramps. On a side note, i´d like to add, that is most likely the - reference to Bakuman - plan B for the author if the comedy thing should get screwed, that Oga might meet stronger opponents, while either training under Aoi´s gramps, or training to defeat him. You always need viable options as an author, and it´s good if it doesn´t come as unexpectedly and over the top such as in Medaka Box, i´ve had respect for the writer of Beelzebub for quite some time now, but leaving many routes open is a nice move on his part.

Having Oga being overpowered is one of the charms of this manga, very few shonen mangas actually take this route where the main character is an absolute beast.

Quickly flipped through the raw

On the cover are the 4 guys from the Rokkisei who are hanging around in the city.

It appears that the Boxer manages to stand up after Oga's punch but it seems like he took so much damage that while he talks, his legs are shaking and eventually collapses.

The fight continues with Natsume trying to kick Hiromichi but he manages to evade the attack. Himegawa on the other side is charging his weapon and the sword guys seems to be observing carefully

Oga appears after Aoi and tells her to leave Miki to him. Aoi is surprised and some conversation is shown between Miki and Oga. We get to know through a flashback that Oga once saved Miki from a thug in the past and eventually became a friend of Furuichi and Oga. Oga slowly raise to the top with his fighting skills but the reason for Miki's grudge against Oga is still unknown. (need trans)

While Oga prepares himself to fight Miki, he gets one of Miki's punches to the stomach and falls on his knees while spewing blood. chapter ends.

The flashback is from 3 years ago, when they were first years in middle school.

For some time, Miki looked up heavily to Oga... but then there was a "certain incident", which seems to be the source of Miki's grudge. Miki now feels that he has surpassed Oga.

btw Aoi has recognised the school of martial arts Miki is using, and seems rather scared about it. Not yet named though.

Hmm, has anyone made Oga cough up blood before? A couple of people have made him bleed... but coughing blood seems to be a first.

I wonder if this fight will be stopped before it's properly concluded? (ie so that Oga can feel like he would have lost without actually "losing" for real) Or will Oga seriously lose? Or will we get an extended fight where Oga scrapes through? Miki seems to be a monster martial artist...

Damn Oga is one crazy bastard. Miki is a wimp for busting a cheap shot on Aoi like that. The knights doesn't seem like they're strong against Oga crew. Maybe the leader might man handle Oga team.
