I support the ZnT translations of baka-tsuki. I'd help translate, but unfornately I can't read japanese at all. I've also found the novels very interesting off of reading the summaries of Sushi-Y, but I really want to read the novels in their complete text instead of summaries. I hope that baka-tsuki will continue to translate this novel.

Can anyone plz tell me where I can find the english translations of the Novels? I am an English only person and I don't think I can wait for them to come out in English if they ever do... There has to be someone who has translated the novels in english, and I mean past novel one, so far I've only been able to find Novel one translated.... Its so good, can anyone help a impatient fan out?
Also I have another question, currently how many novels have been released in Japan?

Someone translating Japanese novels?

Umpossible! No one would ever do that, i mean Z.N.T isn't popular enough for people who want to translate the novels.

It's abit like the Haruhi novels, everyone loves the anime, but hates the novels.

I don't think you will have much chance,I'm afraid you will have to wait until 2010 for the novels.

I know it's hard, but a true fan will just sit, and wait, and do something else, like oh....learn stuff, earn money. you know exciting stuff.

Personally i think it's a waste of time, if you want to know about better things, you should do wiki stuff.

real community effort, its the salvation of humanity.

If you got nothing else to do, drop by Baka-Tsuki the haven of true socialism.

come expand your knowledge, forget about Z.N.T, by the time it's released you will be much wiser for it, and will dismiss this childish story just as those who dismiss Lucky Star.

After reading the initial translations of the first two chapters of the second novel, my judgment of Saito has gone down a little. I didn't think he was that perverted and naively entranced by Louise.

He is just a young, horny dude. There is only so much forbearance he can do with so many females swimming around him.

Meh, I'd say he often goes over the top and has little self control. But I guess that's sort of what ZNT's comedy aspect is dependent on. I can't say I really feel sorry for him, though. A lot of times he really doesn't seem to think things through, and rather acts entirely on impulse (at times I think Louise calling him "dog" fits him pretty well). Sometimes he bothers me, but overall he has a good character that I enjoy.

I'd be interested to see what his character is like in the novels if I get a chance.

As a novel reader, I think Saito has a noble and kickass personality. The only problem is that he's also a troubled teenager with a "healthy" interest in the opposite sex.

well if he did not have a interest it would be a problem, besides he is problably around the age of the only thing one can think about is girls. And the girls there don't make it easy on him.

I have a question for those who have read all the novels. Does this seem like it will be one that goes into the 20+ on the amount of novels or do you think it could end in the teens?

Sushi-Y has written wonderful summaries for the events of volumes 5-7. Beyond that, the best that I could find is in this thread.
