Also, the IRC isn't really a good option, I think. It's more like a chatroom from what I've learned, and it doesn't backlog.

And I doubt you can put up drafts and the like. And whatever we put on will be lost after a while.

@ Rain - I was tempted to use the pit of needles trap but then Irish or Ichika would immediately notice the traps were non-lethal and get suspicious. Kuu and Ange using an actual pit of needles is going to far already

How about the Classroom Trap? But instead of hooks hooked into his body, have the chains shackled to him, and give him a limited amount of time to find all the keys hidden in the classroom to unlock himself before he's "permanently" locked inside. But of course, he can break the chains if he can, and then try to leave.

If you actually want to make him follow the rules this time around, each of the keys unlocking his shackles unlock a lock on the door. If time runs out (which it may), the locks are filled in with cement by a dispenser, and he's locked in.

Or, he can just break down the door after that happens.

main problem as stated, doesnt log. The word limit also prevents drafts from being posted. Finally, its a distraction from draft writing... So not encouraging it.

that's why I created the spam thread. Its for really offtopic things that have absolutely no bearing on the thread mission, and snce we dont really post much about such things the spam thread is more like a dumping ground to keep mods happy.

Not matter what people say, in this thread we are on-topic and nothing needs to change.

@ Rain - I'll see if I can do that, meanwhile here are some solutions.

Angel trap - Ichika swings back and forth until his clothes rip off and he escapes.

Sadistic choice trap - Can't escape and forced to make "sadistic" choice.

Carousel trap - Saves Koneko and Adam's fiancee at the cost of the others in the group swearing revenge.

Caged bird trap - Swings to the ledge with Ichika's help.

Warehouse - You decide.

Hanging trap - The chains go forward instead of left and right so Irish ties them to his legs to lower their fall speed. Costs him a lot of leg pain.

Warehouse trap - Injects the aphrodisiac to himself to see it's effects before figuring out the cure.

Any trap for Ichika?

@ Eratas: Kyuukai solves the warehouse trap by taking note of all the hints around the place and solving the riddle with his own intuition. But he still needs help injecting and subduing his LI.

I don't really have any other ideas for Ichika, actually.

@ Rain - Wait, do you want the LI's to be equipped with their IS or not? They're still the strongest heroines either way and the two are tired, unarmed and most likely weak at that point from their constant trials.

Hm~ How about the razor wire trap for Ichika? Only it doesn't target his skin but his clothes due to the power of SCIENCE!

@ Rain - Has Kyuukai never watched Saw? Wouldn't he recognize these traps from somewhere? Also, what do you want the plot twist to be? Every Saw has a plot twist like John being the corpse or Hoffman being an apprentice so this needs one too. Maybe reveal that everything they went through has been filmed?

And the plot twist... Everything being filmed and then released as a feature film would be funny and cruelish at the same time...

I can just imagine the premiere. Ichika and the guys show up in suits hand in hand with their LIs.

The twist could be that the entire thing was just a film shoot, and you could have blooper reels at the end.

Or you could just skip the above sentence and keep the rest.

How about an in universe plot twist? Maybe one of them knocks out Kui and Ange......then they find a tape recorder on Ange and Kuu's pockets telling them to play their game.

If you want a serious mindscew, it could be Koneko.

Just say when Kyuukai was working on her AI and "teaching" her, she happened upon a SAW movie and managed to convince some FRACTURE soldiers under the guise of ATHENA to do this as a prank.

The soldiers built the traps, made the tapes, and were rewarded some money.

Akira was one of them, but eas knocked out to participate. Now he can badmouth Kyuukai from the start and get dropped without worry of death.
