fuh... starting with Misaka imouto aiming for the accelerator unfortunately it's noticed by him....
lol... Spent out 2000 yen just for drinks and none of the drinks want to come out just as expected from the "bad luck" touma....
and finally, Misaka Mikoto came in to help the fukou Touma....
well... still the beginning of the arc, so there're no many battles yet
Opening: An Imouto tries to snipe Accelerator but gets injured.
Touma is still depressed about his memory.
Loosing his last yen to a vending machine for a juice. Mikoto comes in kicking the vending machine for a drink. Wearing spats as Touma can see under her skirt. No reaction.
She then notices Touma and blushes. Our intrepid hero asks who she is which of course pisses her off and gives him a fistfull of electricity which Touma negate instinctively with imagine breaker.
Mikoto laughs at figuring out Touma lost his Yen as she knows this machine eats money. Electrifies it making it spit multiple juices. (Some of which have very weird flavors)
This freaks out Touma and he runs.
Mikoto finally catches up to him with the juices. She tells him to act more dignified as he defeated her. This sends Touma into depression mode as he is thinking what kind of person he was beating a girl.
Suddenly Kuroko comes in. She thinks Touma is Mikoto's boyfriend which she preceeds to threaten. Mikoto electrifyingly denies it. But she can't catch a teleporter.
Suddenly Misaka Imouto comes which Mikoto takes away from Touma as she doesn't want any association.
Later Touma carrying the juices notices a baseball and proceeds to avoid it. No such luck as it moves to trip him.
He get a nice view of Imouto's strip panties. Which he does get a reaction.
Imouto helps him carry the juices to his apartment. Then they meet the maid girl riding a cleaning robot who knows about the girls in Touma's apartment. Takes one juice from Touma. Touma of course doesn't want anybody else to know as he'll get kicked out. (Apparently there is a maid school in the city)
Touma and Imouto meet up with Index and Aisa at the corridor. Index tells Touma Sphinx (the kitten) has fleas. This gets Touma riled up as his apartment could have fleas.
Index plans on using some herb while Aisa has an insecticide which she calls a magic spray.
Imouto one ups them by killing the fleas with electricity. Index isn't pleased with her.
Next Touma is in summer remedial school with the duo and loli sensei.
As Touma goes home he meets again Mikoto. She seems a bit depressed. Telling him she hates the system that monitors University City.
After this meeting Touma meets again Imouto who tries to feed a black kitty.
Kitty won't respond to Imouto because it can sense the magnetic field around Imouto.
Touma and her proceed to the bookstore with Touma holding the cat.
They talk which name the Kitty should be given. Imouto's choices is Inu and Tokugawa Ieyasu.
They reach the bookstore and Touma throws the kitty to Imouto.
Touma goes inside.
Imouto seems to be a bit a happy but then she senses Accellerator.

Interesting, i just hope the raws at youtube will be available soon. Kinda wish they brought maid girl and Aisa into the manga as that would make Touma's life more Interesting.

...Which is a bit of an overstatement, but it was beyond my expectations, in a bad way...
orz... Lots of this anime's characters are getting unfitting voices... First Motoharu, then Aisa, now Imouto...
Maika's is... forgivable, I guess.
Accelerator's is... fitting, though I feel like laughing for some reason.

Into volume 3, the first chapter on the science side and Mikoto's TURN!
Magic side is irritating, but the science side really is interesting, isn't it~?!
Though this was just a set-up episode, introducing Imouto and Accelerator... And for some reason, Maika too. So there wasn't really much to get excited about. Though, well, more Mikoto and Imouto are always good.
Come to think of it, they took out any reference to the Sisters in this anime before this volume, huh... Yet they add in hints like what is written on the blimp and all...
Still... JC Staff needs to restrain themselves during the comedic moments, since it feels like they are destroying the original personalities of characters... At least, Touma doing that wiggle-jiggle thing was just creepy.
There is blood as usual, but looking at it, the blood likes kind of weird... Same as the previous time with Touma too...
Preview: Moving on, we instantly have a revelation to the whole thing... This arc won't take long, huh... Haa...

I found some parts with Touma's interaction with the girls funny.
I Love Maika the maid girl the moment she spoke was very funny and so was her attitude especially since she enjoys riding that cleanbot. And as for Imouto, they did gave her monotone voice but i never expected it to be quiet and cute. Just love the fact that she try to laugh but wasn't successful. The beginning part where Imouto shoots Accelerator with a rifle but gets knock back(or should i say shoot back) really hard especially since the rifle shes using is a automatic Barrett M82! What irked me was Kuroko's interactions with Touma. Wasn't she supposed to be jealous to anyone who "steals" her Oneesama but in the anime, shes all nice and sorta polite to him. But still was a fine episode. Can't wait for the subs!
PS. Looks like Touma's Harem just gotten bigger and better!

Well, she did tell him that he had to go through her to get to Mikoto. Getting jealous doesn't equal attack everything, after all. Politeness, that is (^^)b!

Hm..after watching episode 10,i got this feeling that Accelerator's arc will finish in around 2-3 more episodes.Not that i'm against the fact that things were moving fast inside the anime but.....considering how JCS did on the alchemist arc,i felt like 50% of my interest on this show has already gone.

I'm... I'm sure JC Staff will treat Mikoto's arc kindly at least... I hope...
(Well, one of the better parts of the Science side arcs is that it isn't goddamn contridictive or confusing like the Magic side)

Oi, I just realized.
During the scene in the middle, where Imouto introduces herself to Touma, she puts on her goggles... And in the next scene, it shows the goggles in her hands again, like it teleported.
The animators made a mistake...

Awww... The only thing that I was disappointed in was that they removed some of Mikoto's playful teasing of Touma and vice-vise, but outside of that this episode falls within expectations. And The meido-san, Maika, appearance has brought the most shocking revelation ever...

Agreed. Biri Biri getting a two-red-circle blush looked weird, too.
On her sister, I didn't mind it so much. Her following the cat's tail was cute.
Maid schools. Academy City really does have everything. Lots of nice little things in this episode. I was half-expecting to recognize Misaka the second time by her panties instead of the goggles. (Stripes, nice choice.)
Didn't recognize Misato Fukuen as Maika at first, but she seems like a fun character. Wouldn't mind seeing more of her in the future. Seeing Misaka shock Sphinx's fleas off was funny, but I'm not sure what Sphinx thought of it. Looking forward to seeing where this goes, given everything everyone's said about it. Plus, more Mikoto. Can't argue with that.
