hmm... the topic about CB engineers turning the Tau drives to produce green particles that is quite interesting and the condensers both have a point one thing is tat technology for CB is getting better and better there fore CB shud have some sorta way to overcome there disadvantage in numbers , but if i were to choose i wud defintely choose the Tau drives over the condensers because i dont wanna see this huge bulk of stuff coming out to hold lots of GNP i fink both a great alternatives but i prefer the Tau drives more not in the 4 Gundams but the supporting units =D and the Quanta with the Tau just sounds plain nonsense = .=

Really!?!?! to it makes alot of sense if the EFS start adopting alot of tech from the GNZs

Cause im starting to think the GN-X line will replace the Ahead as the heavy combat suit. While the flag types become the new cannon fodder

Well, GN Field or not, the GN-XIV is going to become cannon fodder, it's the way of the grunt.

The GN-X have had GN Fields via the GN Defense Rod from day one, so the GN-XIV isn't really doing anything new.

Assuming it is a 360-degree barrier like the Garazzo's is jumping to conclusions.

The two shields look pretty the same, and it's not impossible to think that the ESF had information on the GNZ line.

Its an early intrepetation at least.I wont say its a confirmation, just a possibility.

It could also be like Dynames Full Shield, where its just a shield.

Of course, full GN Fields consume alot of particles. The HG Garazzo manual says that Garazzo has limited uses of it because it uses a Pseudo Solar Furnace.Partial shields may be more economic.

Speaking of dynames full-shield, the Dynames R1 sure puts in perspective how far the CB's Technology on GNP Progress.

By the end of Season 2, 0 Gundam can barely stand to a Full-shield using Dynames

Althought the GN Archer was a great unit that didnt run on a GN drive

What?

I agree on the Archer though, being able to over power an Ahead is quite a feat for a MS that doesn't have a GN Drive, and is nearly 3 times smaller. Makes you wonder if true GNP are stronger than Tau GNP.

In a sense, yes. Remember that the green GNP is suitable for being compressed. Making it "stronger"

Can't Tau GNP be compressed too?

It should be compresseble, but maybe it cannot be compressed to a high concentration, or maybe it's not efficient to compress it or maybe something else like that.

No it doesn't. It can carry an extra condenser on the GN Mega Launcher which is good for 1 or 2 shots.

Isn't it attached to its butt when firing?

The GN Mega Launcher is attached via a jointed arm to the condenser, but the condenser itself is attached... to its butt

Spoiler for Size:

And the condenser can be used during firing, as demonstrated by Hilling's Gadessa in episode 13.

Now for something on-topic-

Just noticed something peculiar:

This is cropped from the image of the new movie Flag, with this particular sketch appearing on the sheet underneath the Flag sketches. It shows a weapon which resembles the GN Sword II, but with what seems to be attached to a modded Overflag linear rifle body. The new weapon for Setsuna's Flag perhaps?
