That sounds like "Eden: It's an endless world", it's a manga though not an anime.

I often get that impression when someone asks to Identify multiple anime, but not in this one case. The source is just a random AMV on youtube.

The seats on the background are totally the same as the family restaurant that is often shown in "To Aru Kagaku no Railgun", moreover the skirt matches the uniform worn by both Ruiko and Uiharu.

I think it's "To Aru Kagaku no Railgun" almost certainly.

I have a very in depth memory about an anime I remembered seeing when I was younger. I was a Mecha anime that was dark as I remember it. The main characters seemed to be a male and female I wanna say brother and sister. Both were pilots however the sister seemed to me to be a berzerker or insane. I remember that when the brother jumped in to the machine to pilot it that the machine opened up and and he jumped in and seemed to become part of the machine. He seemed to jump in and while remaining vertical land spread eagle and the machine would close around him to which he would proceed to pilot it. I want to say that he was constantly looking for his sister. I think that there were people trying to exploit her for something but that may be my imagination running away with me. I had to be about five at the time so it would have played in the us in the mid 90's. It has been bothering me off and on for several years now, so can any one help me out.

I am not sure of a anime I have or seen but here is how it goes.

She is elementary school but has the looks and body of a high school girl and her cousin he is high school but she is tall just like him. And her living with him makes it a odd living situation. He finds her attractive but she is still elementary student and he is high school student. It's not Cyclops Shoujo Saipu. But the characters are similiar drawn.
