At this point, I'd like some advice on blending a photo background with a manga forepicture.
I had a good image in my head of how this picture should be integrated into a modified photo background... http://img48.exs.cx/img48/4907/WARDEN-3.jpg ...but then, I had no idea how to do it properly. http://img48.exs.cx/img48/6074/WARDEN-4.jpg I more or less achieved the level of contrast/brightness I wanted by playing around with the saturation/brightness tab. However, I couldn't reduce the details of the background to a compatible level with WARDEN-3. (perhaps a combination of more than one filter effects will do the trick, but I haven't the time to experiment) Do please give me some tips on how it should be done. |

I realise that the stuff I draw are getting less and less socially acceptable...

The bird defies all proper laws of mechanics. But meh! It looked cool.

Wow the last one looks amazing, Awesome design on the mechanic bird and a really good sense of action. The girl looks really cute too.
Jeri, you definitely impressed me beyond words, you have improved alot during your time on animesuki! I want to see more now, do you have a website? P.S. Get a scanner! Webcam doesn't do your drawings justice. |

yeah, i think your anatomy has gotten far better since you started, and this latest picture is certainly awesome. I think her eyes are a little dark, but that might have happened if and when you inked it. The bird and her pose is awesome, and you handled the action nicely. Well done

ooh, i really like, my ony complaint is that your hair, while it is nicely drawn, seems to bee very straight. An example is in the last one on the top of the blonde's head where it is very straight. It makes their heads seem somewhat boxy. It's apparently a style thing, but it seems a little unnatural. Either way, good job

I actually had more fun drawing the monkey instead of the girl. Afterall, when compared with the monkey spirit, the girl is kinda mundane.

ooo munkeyyy, good joB , The drawing seems to have a very unique appearancee, the clothing designs resembles that of the modern middles ages, dark ages, some thing ages ^^ with a little pinch of magic and asian influence mythology, That iss so cooll, you sure know how to work the bodies.

Alas! This picture should've been posted yesterday, but the Emmy's Award Ceremony was playing on my local television....
http://img65.exs.cx/img65/97/COUPLE-7.jpg It took me a while to make up my mind on what should be licked. I chose the lollipop in the end because it's the easiest to draw. |
